Stayed for two weeks end of January into February before moving on as part of a month in Florida. We’re not golfers but this location worked for us regardless. The unit itself was comfortable and spacious and the view out back was of trees and vegetation which provided privacy. It was just the two of us so we only used upstairs for occasional tv watching as the first floor provided plenty of space for our needs, however this is a perfect set up for a family or a few couples. Just a short walk to the large beautiful pool that was never crowded during our stay. Always plenty of available loungers whether it was morning, mid day or evening. Nice community of friendly people for a daily fitness walk without traffic. Close to stores and restaurants. 45 minutes to several beach communities. Highly recommend for an inland stay.

We wanted to be in PGA to be near my sister's place and Chris and Heather's condo was super convenient for us. Check-in was easy and the place was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of space with all the comforts of home (and well stocked too!) Location is convenient with lots of stores and restaurants just outside this gated community. Thanks for a great stay and hope to be able to stay with these wonderful hosts again next year!

Had a great stay. Beautiful home, nice area, everything was fantastic.

I was very pleased that the house was well stocked and equipped with all the regular accommodations that a household would have; much like being at home, from kitchenwares to a day at the beach. We just needed a few more beach chairs for a family of 6. The home is pleasing to the eyes and comfortable. It is located practically a few minutes from stores, eateries and family in a gated secure community that is well kept. The kids had a good time sharing the media room and having their personal space. With prior notice to the owners (Chris & Heather), we were allowed to have neighboring family over for lunch and dinner. We spent most of the days outdoors, but looked forward to returning to a comfortable home setting. I would recommend Chris & Heather for future vacation home. They just simply request that vacationers take care of their home much like their own, which is to say they are house rules like any other regular home would have.

Everything was great. Check in was easy. Chris communicated very well with us and made us feel very welcome. Only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is because the need in the master bedroom was not comfortable. But on a lighter note I would definitely recommend.

This home was a great home base fir us an extremely comfortable. Very safe and friendly neighborhood. The pool was amazing!

As always Chris and Heather are the very best hosts! Their place is wonderful and we had a great time. Can’t wait til next year.

My brother and I go to Port St. Lucie once a year. We came across this property a few years ago and have gone back to it ever since. I'm not sure if I communicate with Chris or Heather. Either way they are very pleasant. They make everything very easy. It's very clean also. I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing hosts, property was perfect for 3 or 4 looking to play golf and be close to everything. House was fully finished, every amenity possible and close to everything. Thank you to Chris and Heather for sharing their home with us. 10 STARS +++++++++

My family and I stayed at this beautiful, up to date, extremely clean 4 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath villa that was in an excellent location. All the amenities, community pool, close to the beach, restaurants, ball parks and shopping. Heather and Chris are fantastic hosts.

Chris and Heather made this experience so enjoyable. Their property was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. The layout worked great for our family of 7 who were staying in the area. Access to stores, entertainment, dining and beaches was great. Communications of expectations by property owners was clear and concise. The only addition to our experience would be the opportunity to have met Chris and Heather, which is on us. Our arrival and departure times were not the norm, and our time was definitely packed with activities visiting our son who is stationed at the Coast Guard base in the area.. That being said the communications through the entire process was prompt and friendly. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your property.

It was a great place. Great location. Loved the community heated pool. The only thing that didn't really work for us, is that we have two small children, one on the autism spectrum. So the security guard by the pool kept telling our son to stay out of the hot tub. We understood - but he didn't. So that wasn't very relaxing. Also the hosts had a lot of rules regarding cleanliness and other policies. I understood where they were coming from, but at times it really made it feel like I was walking on egg shells during our stay. And we had to take out our own trash to the community dumpster - which may not seem like a big deal - but it made it seem less of leisurely stay. Host were great with communication and again, it was a good place to stay while visiting family in the area. Great booking for the right person/people.

Great location and close to the beautiful pool!

Great place to stay. Lots of room to spread out. No issues having family come visit us. Pool area very nice and clean. Hosts offer a lot of “extras” (beach chairs, pool towels, coolers etc.) Super friendly with great communication. Looking forward to booking with them again!

Great 4 bedroom townhouse. Very clean and comfortable. Close to a beautiful pool & hot tub.

We enjoyed the stay, location was great and the pool was wonderful. We were disappointed that the advertised playground is no longer there. The accommodations were surface cleaned but floors could use a deep cleaning.

It was a good place overall. But the notes on dos and donts on every piece of furniture and wall was very off putting!!

The only issues we encountered were 1.) that my mother and sister who live locally was not allowed to enter the property to visit us and 2.) the neighbors are allowed to park on the street which makes getting in and out of the driveway a bit difficult.Otherwise, wonderful property and wonderful owners! The villa was a perfect place for a family Christmas getaway. We cooked in with Covad restrictions and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was great for walking and there were numerous good options for family golf. The home is a drive to the beaches but it did not take very long to drive to state or county parks and local beach access. We were surprised by the amount of open uncrowned beach access in the area. We would return for another visit

The house is very nicely furnished with a really well stocked kitchen. Chris & Heather were open to communication and ready to help in any way they could. We enjoyed our stay.

We go to Port Saint Lucie once a year. This is the second year staying at this property. It's a great house. We plan on staying there next year as well. Heather and Chris made the check in easy and they checked in to make sure everything was OK during our stay. I recommend this property.

Chris and Heather’s property was a welcomed respite from our busy schedules. Although Florida weather is always unpredictable, raining most of our stay, the housing met our needs and more. Very clean and well appointed, this property is expertly planned - from clearly written instructions to extra living room lap blankets to drawers full of board games. We did not care for the scent used in the plug in air fresheners, so we simply unplugged them. Giving this property a well deserved 5 star rating.

Place was great and Heather and Chris were easy and available during the stay. Had a small issue with getting locked out and was able to text them and get things taken care of immediately. The pool is very nice and relaxing. My family appreciated the safe community and thanks to Heather and Chris for the hospitality. Would gladly come back again. Thanks!!
