Sofa bed was broken, saw a few bugs, no water pressure in master shower

Check in was great…people were very nice
Unit was clean and had all the necessities
Suggest reading the listing and bringing what they suggest ie extra blankets, toilet paper, laundry dish soap. Shampoo and shower soap.
They have the basic amt but if staying more than a few days you will need more.
Right next door to Flora-Bama bar.
Beach was nice…make sure you don’t leave items on beach overnight they will pick them up

This condo was perfect for our annual 4 day getaway to the beach! It was super clean, loved the outdoor furniture that was so colorful and fun! No complaints whatsoever! :)

The Master Bath needs a little work!
We had an early morning excursion so didn’t use the shower until next day and there was no hot water in the Master and too late to reach out! Next day Property manager advised me that there was hot water throughout and gave instructions which were wrong… but we finally figured it out! The shower head is backwards. Hot vs cold!! Simple as that! If they knew there was a problem they should’ve known how to instruct correctly.
Also the bathroom door has to be slammed before it will close and the exhaust fan does not work! Just frustrating compared to the money spent! Plus they charge a $60 (each couple) parking pass!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Unit was clean and the layout worked out well for our family. Would stay here again.

My sister and I brought my 80 year old mother for stay since she hasn’t been to the beach in about 8-10 years!!! Walk in shower was a plus!! Wonderful stay !!

The only concerns were the guest bedroom’s bathroom faucet leaks and the master bedroom’s bathroom shower has the hot and cold water opposite of where they should be.

Wish someone would have called about the smoking at the time it was happening instead of afterwards telling me the owner wanted us kicked out thinking the place was going to be destroyed.

Very disappointed that right after unloading the car after a 6 hour ride, the police and downstairs "neighbor" ringing the bell to accuse our group of noise and re-arranging furniture all day!! We checked in around 5, tried to get in line at the Grill across the street and decided to make it an easy night and roast hot dogs. We had been in the condo maybe an hour total. Didn't feel very comfortable there after that. Husband did go speak to the manager who stated the new tenant had been complaining all day. I was surprised the police officer would bring the complainer with him to investigate!!!! Not cool when that much $$$ was invested.

Was a very nice place to stay for vacation. Only downfall was the outdoor facilities like pool was under construction and closed and grilling area not available due to repairs needed from hurricane. We were not informed of this until a week before we were to arrive. Overall, place was nice and would return again.
