This condo was perfect for my group of college friends. All 8 of us had comfortable beds to sleep in, and there were even 2 foldable cots if people didn’t want to share beds. The hot tub/clubhouse wasn’t crowded and available to use. We had a few maintenance issues throughout the week but the texting service with the leasing office was convenient to use to place work orders. I knocked off one star because of the issues we faced, and the fact the dining chairs were falling apart. The cleaning crew will kick you out exactly at 10am (even if your ride is stuck in town in traffic) so just beware and make sure you plan to leave before checkout. All in all, comfortable place for a large group, and great location for flexibly getting to the slopes and to town!

The layout of the condo is fine but we had numerous issues with our stay. Location is good next to shuttle bus. The fireplace never worked despite multiple visits from the maintenance service. The balcony door was difficult to close and froze shut on the first night with an open gap that made the apartment freezing cold. The heating system is VERY noisy and kept turning on and off which kept us up at night. Linen (or just the pillows) was smelly and the floor needed a good vacuum. The management company did their best to assist and we’re responsive however some of the issues were too difficult to resolve during our stay. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great spacious location close to town and a short ride to the slopes.

Easiest way to put it is it was suitable. It was just sort of run down and dirty (floors, cabinets) Pros: It was a nice little property with its own bus stop to go to the lifts. Spacious Nice views of the hill and the valley Modern amenities Cons: There were several things that did not work that were more annoying than anything. The fireplace did not work (they did come out quickly to fix it but as soon as they left it stopped working again). Hot tube would only heat to 83 F and the "Club House" was a wreck. Beds. Check these carefully. I did not and my wife and I had to sleep on separate twin beds. Not great on a vacation. It only had one queen bed out of three bedrooms. Required us to run the dish washer but had no detergent. When we asked for some they said we had to go into to town and come get some. Not a huge deal but kind of showed the class of the place.

Very nice apartment, very well equipped, good communication from Summit Rentals. A little far away from the center and grocery store. There's a bus that takes you there and to the slopes but it's a little long circuit. If you are willing to walk it could be a better alternative

It was bigger than expected with 3 bedrooms and a very large living room/dining area. Convenient hallway with plenty of hooks to hang all of your wet clothes after a day in the snow. The bus stop to get to the mountain or downtown was just steps away. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer and automatic ice maker. The fireplace in the unit did not work during our stay. There is a hot tub available to use, but it is a short walk away and is inside. Overall, I would recommend the place.

My family and I stayed at this property for a quick weekend getaway to see some of the fall foliage and loved our stay. Everything was fantastic! The only suggestion I’d offer would be to have some instructions around how to operate/regulate the heating element in the bunk bed room. Our family staying there said it was just too hot and it didn’t seem to be directly controlled by the central HVAC thermostat. However, not a huge issue and we loved our stay. Thank you!

Had an issue on check in getting the keys to work - must’ve been newer keys that worked better as days went on. Nice, newly remodeled unit with washer and dryer ideal for a longer stay.

We had a great time in Breckenridge, and this property was perfect for the needs of my family. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. Three bedrooms were perfect for my family of 5. Everything was clean and well kept. It was a short walk down to Main Street. My only suggestion for the owner is to get a grill for the balcony. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This location was perfect for my family... we were close enough to town to enjoy all of the activities and great restaurants while far enough away to get out of the traffic and noise. I would definitely recommend this location and will be staying there again.

Kitchen is well stocked, plenty or room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Bus to ski lifts was convenient. Could use a little updating of furniture (couches are not the most comfortable). Enjoyed our stay!

Loved this property! It was so close to downtown and the lifts. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and lovely.

Our family of five had a great week at this condo. The views were incredible! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes you could ask for. There were board games, garbage bags, paper towels, seasonings, coffee, dishwashing liquid, you name it. Pictures are accurate. Bathrooms are a little dated and the hot water heater could be a bit of an issue but for the price, you can't beat it. Check in and out was seamless. Covered parking spot. If the weather is nice, I'd say it's a quick 10 minute walk to South Main Street. It was particularly cold and snowed everyday we were there, so we didn't walk to town.

Excellent service by Summit Man Rentals. The property was perfect for the need it served. Parking spots being covered was ideal.

Whether you can drive each other the 5 min, or catch the bus for a quick 15 min ride (use the app my free ride to see where the bus is and how full it is), this is a great location for getting in full days of skiing. The complex's pool and hot tub are closed due to Covid, and the internet and ice maker are pretty nonfunctional as noted in the previous December's review, but the slopes are more fun anyway.

Beautiful and updated condo with a breathtaking view of the mountains

Our family of 4 adults had a great stay. Perfect for a couple and our 2 grown kids. Everyone had their own room. I think it technically sleeps 8, but I think that would be very cozy. 6 would be comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked, lots of pots and pans, baking sheet, plenty of dishes. Newly updated appliances. Extras not listed on the web site include a blender, a hot pot for boiling water, and a coffee grinder. Standard coffee maker (No Kuerig) with plenty of filters available. A few dry goods left behind (spices, flour, sugar etc). It is on the 3rd floor so you have to take the elevator or the stairs, but you get an amazing view!!! I saw other reviews that were negative about the elevator but we had no issues. Covered parking with 2 spaces (you have to park 2 deep). It is an easy 2 minute walk to the Free Ride Bus stop that comes every 15 minutes and takes you to downtown or to the slopes. Which is nice as parking can be a pain and expensive at Breck. It was great as we stored our skis at the Mountain and just caught the bus that dropped off right at the lifts. (We recommend Charter Rentals at the Snowflake lift). 3 TV’s equipped with Cable and Roku. Gas Fireplace puts off a ton of heat!. I also saw complaints about the hot water heater with multiple showers. We had no issues. When we arrived, neither the fireplace nor the ice maker were working. It took until the next day, but the management company sent a maintenance man and he fixed the fireplace. He could not fix the ice maker, so he brought us 3 bags of ice. I thought that was good service. The front door lock was cranky and difficult to lock and unlock which was annoying when you were freezing outside! My one main complaint is that most VRBO’s we stay in have a coded lock on the facility. This place requires you stop at the rental office across town for key pick up and drop off. Not that big of a deal, but an inconvience
