We loved our stay. The house was very well equipt and we had everything we needed for our family of 5. It is a very old house and we were there in the middle of winter. The ground floor was a bit cold and drafty, especially when the curtains were open. Summer would be amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay in this historic and charming villa. Typically a bit chilly in the middle of winter downstairs but toasty upstairs. Small hitch at check-in with not receiving the correct lockbox code but quickly sorted thank you.

The photos don't do this house justice. A beautiful place to stay and spend time with friends. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and we loved spending our evenings in the cosy, warm living room. Thank you.

Beautiful Villa, we had a fantastic time and the house was very central to Napier City. The house was perfectly setup for a large group with heaps of space. The house was warm and comfortable.

Location is good in the fact that it is close to centre of town.
Location is good in the fact that it is close to centre of town. Getting in and out of driveway can be tricky as it is on a narrow street. Does have a second parking space which is more accessible.

Lovely villa .
Lovely villa . It comfortably accomodated our family gathering of 8 . Well equipped. We all sept soundly ( after enjoying the bike trails ) and made the most of the outdoor garden and furniture .
Will be back again Im sure . Congratulations to the owners - the home is beautifully presented.

Very close to town! Fully fenced section, so it's great for kids. Very clean and tidy, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is fantastic - everything you could possibly need, great dining area! I would definitely book this property again, thoroughly recommended.
