Very impressed on the property and host. Stayed a weeked. Very quiet, comfortable, clean and well maintained. Host were very pleasant and accommodating. My wife and I highly recommended this property. Five stars.

This VBRO was very pleasant. We were in a nice neighborhood, it felt very homey and safe. The property manager was extremely nice and made themselves available if we needed anything. Would stay there again. Gary & Bev

The check in and check out process was seamless. The location were great and the place was exceptionally clean. Kiddos really enjoyed the old school arcade games and we enjoyed a few games of pool. Close to restaurants and served as a good base for day trips from Anchorage. Would definitely stay again!

Nice stay

We stayed here for a couple days upon arrival in Alaska. It was perfect for two people. Quiet and comfortable! We would definitely book again.

Great place to stay!! The keypad entry is awesome especially if you arrive around midnight like we did! If you’re hesitant about reserving bc of it being in someone’s basement - stop wondering and just reserve it!! It was super quiet and relaxing! Short trip and busy weekend left us wishing we would’ve had extra time to stay at the house to enjoy the games provided (pool table, arcade machine, darts, etc).

It was a quiet out of the way spot, but quite relaxing. Even though there was myself and two sons we had enough room to be comfortable

We came into town to visit family. This was a good location for us so we tried it. We had a great experience. The house is in a culdesac. You stay in the lower level (half basement) of the house. The space includes a bedroom, bathroom, and game room with pool table and 80s arcade games. The game room has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. There is a dedicated parking spot in the front of the house. You walk around the side-yard down to the backyard for a separate entrance into the game room. The bedroom and bathroom are down the hall. There is a TV in the gameroom and the bedroom. The bathroom is spacious. The whole space is decorated nicely. The bed is softer than I like but that is personal preference. There is a family that lives upstairs and we could hear them occasionally but that was not a problem. We didn’t really see much of them after a quick hello when we first arrived. For the most part it felt like we had the place to ourselves. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon! When we arrived we walked into a sweet note, bottle of champagne, and flowers! Yvette and Robert truly go above and beyond for their renters. In a quaint location, but still close enough to town to do whatever you want! If you're looking for a home away from home, this is your place!

Nice basement setup with arcade games and pool table. Nice part of town.

If I could give this 10 stars I would this is one of the nicest Vrbo we have ever stayed in. easy in and out . great neighborhood all the amenities you need for your stay highly highly highly recommend staying here Thank you for sharing your state with us

The bedroom and bath were clean and updated. The location provided a nice jumping off spot for all our adventuring! Much more affordable than hotels we looked at in the area.

Since it's a basement you will hear the family upstairs. But that didn't bother us since we spent most of the time out of the house.

Daylight basement apartment, so don’t be surprised if you hear the family above. Owners supplied lots of nice amenities, tasty snacks, coffee, nice towels, and the game room was fun. Would stay again.

This was a great place to stay and in a great neighborhood. The host was very accommodating. There were a wide variety of entertainment amenities including a sauna to enjoy. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

We had no issues sleeping there despite the fact that the sun was up for 19 or so hours. The internet worked well so that we could stream programs on the few occasions we watched television. We drove to Seward, Whittier, Talkeetna and the Portage area with no issues. All in all we had a fabulous time.

Beautiful 1 bedroom, large modern bathroom, kit here, and full game room. Comfortable bed plus sofa bed in bedroom. Great neighborhood. Owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions.
