Good location. Comfortable and clean on arrival. Washing machine, dishwasher etc were everything needed for a self catering stay. The host Andreotis was very helpful to quickly sort out any problems that arose. Pleasantly landscaped garden.

Perhaps a table and chairs at the front of the villa would have been nice as the sun came round there in the afternoon.

Great location, close to the beach and the local Aldi. The villa was recently renewed and is great trough out. Andreotis was super helpful during our stay, always available when needed!

The building consists of four villas. I couldn't hear the neighbors. There is enough space for a family of three or four people. Comfortable bedrooms with balconies. On the first floor it is convenient to spend time together. Everything you need is there. Good water pressure. There is a shower on the terrace. It is convenient when you come from the beach. The central beach is a 5-minute walk away. Not far away is a street with noisy clubs, but it's quiet with the windows closed. Very clean and comfortable beds

The house is clean, cozy and nicely renovated. The photos and description are completely true. The area is quiet even though the house is located right in the center of Protaras. It’s 3 mins walking distance to Sunrise Beach. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Exelent location, easy access to the beach , just 5 minutes walking distance from Fig Tree beach, apartment is fully equipment with everything what one family needs, we are very sutisfied, highly recomended
