Location is pretty good 15 minutes by walk

Price cheap. More lifts n no waiting. Staff is cooperative

I am regular visitor of this hotel but I feel to look for alternative hotel due to Reasons mentioned ahead. This hotel had two big advantages and both are not available now: a. Free parking but now they are charging SAR 50/ night which is too much. After long discussions, they provided it free but it took 35-40 minutes. b. We used to go through tunnel to haram from hotel which took 12 min. Now tunnel closed and it takes 18 mins to reach haram. Security people at Parking are highly disrespectful and misbehaving. They even didn't listen to hotel staff who were trying to resolve issue. Male receptionist was good but manager was not available for long time n not attending phone of receptionist n my family was just waiting. Internet is intermittent at Floor 2. There was nothing in room such as Water, tea, Kettle, dustbin which was later provided upon asking.

Staff very polite , Javid Hassan was very good Makki Tariq was also brilliant

The location was just a short walk away from the Haram and also close to shops and restaurants so our stay was very convenient and comfortable. The staff were also very accommodating and helped us to check in and out despite the odd hours.

There was no kettle and supplies to make tea / coffee in the room.

A lot of elevators. Staff was very cooperative; especially Abrar, Zakaria, Emaad and Yusuf

It was a bit far from Haram Sharif
