Staying in Turtle Cove was magnificent for several reasons. The Yacht Club is a quiet community and convenient to several restaurants within walking distance and shopping for essentials is nearby. Beach access is a short walk from the property and is not crowded at all. We took an excursion with Caicos Tours (Underwater Explorer) to the reef - it's a one hour event so it's easy to fit into the daily routine. We dined at Sharkbite and saw a shark pass by the deck a couple of times. We also ate at Baci, SJ's Curry Club (excellent Indian fare) and LasBrisas and took in the sunset on the deck at Magnolia over cocktails. We went down to Taylor Bay one day and kayaked on Chalk Sound. The property was perfect for the two of us and having beach gear to take along was great. The pool on the property is also beautiful and again never crowded. A grill would have been nice to have but certainly not a show stopper. Would definitely consider a return visit to the property. The owners were proactive in providing the check in protocols and easy to work with.

The condo was beautiful, extremely clean. Great location. The owners are great. Responded and fxed a small shower issue very quickly. We had a wonderful vacation. Would definitely rent from them again.

October is considered slow time which was great as we like less crowds. Some restaurants close during Sep/Oct, regardless, there were many great ones open. Mango Reef was within walking distance and we enjoyed the best Char-grilled lobster! The property is perfect, clean, and as advertised and overlooks the beautiful cove. We enjoyed morn/eve on patio, so serene. The infinity pool we had mostly to ourselves, is MAGNIFICENT, with soft in pool loungers-so comfy, way better than the Ritz as we had an excursion leave from there:) I guestimate it's around 6-8 blocks walk to beach. If you have a car it's nice to drive with your gear, but walking is doable, good exercise, and boom your upon Smith's reef to snorkel! Follow the road straight, onto the gravel road, it looks like its a private drive, but it takes you to the parking area. We had difficulty finding as it's not marked, but a local helped us. We loved this location away from the shopping/hotel zones, but we had rented a car inexpensively from Scooter Bobs on host recommendation which allowed easy access to other areas. The hostess! My goodness I can't tell you how above and beyond the hostess was to accommodate us. My husband had an emergency surgery and she graciously worked to find us another slot. THEN, gad, we left a bag of clothes behind, and she AGAIN worked to get those shipped to us, and deducted from the deposit. The property is great and perfect for a quiet stay on the island. The beach is excellent and we were the only ones for hundreds of yards either direction. The property has everything you need. Highly recommend a rental car so you can explore the island and get to other clusters of shopping & restaurants. We grabbed some groceries as well as hit some restaurants. The co do was not open upon arrival and had to call the property manager to come unlock it for us. A 40 minute delay (3:05p-3:40p) checking in but that’s about the only issue the whole time. We’d definitely go back!

Would highly recommend this amazing condo in Provo. The overall facility was beautiful and well-maintained. It was quiet and relaxing as advertised and the pool was a welcome treat in the June heat. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay and trips to the beach. Sharkbite was our favorite of the nearby restaurants, but there are many great options within walking distance. A car really is needed to explore the rest of Provo and we rented one from Scooter Bob's just up the road. They were very affordable with great service. This condo was the perfect home base to explore the island. Can't wait to come back!

We stayed at Molly and Curt's condo for our 30th anniversary and my husband's 60th birthday. The condo was beautiful (just like the pictures) and very comfortable. There is an incredible view from the balcony. Every morning we sat on the balcony and had our coffee and soaked in the view. I cannot say enough good things about the condo, the location, and the area. Everything is so close. We could walk to the beach which is quiet and peaceful - exactly what we were looking for - and had some of the best snorkeling on the island. The restaurants at the Marina were some of the best. Molly and Curt were awesome hosts and anything that came up was quickly resolved by either Molly and Curt or Theresa. I really can't say enough good things about this property. We will be back!

We weren’t able to use our phone code to enter the condo. We had to call the property manager to gain access but she was very helpful. The pool and condo are nice. Not everything is in walking distance as listed. Overall beautiful view and great sunsets. We cooked a lot in the full kitchen.

The property is exactly as advertised. Very clean and had everything my wife and I needed on our 25th wedding anniversary celebration trip. Gym and pool were both very nice that were on site. The snorkeling gear worked perfect that is provided at property, we went almost everyday. Smiths Reef is just a few minute walk and the reef is right off the beach. Fish everywhere. Plenty of great food just a few minute walk in the marina. Mango and Baci were outstanding food and service. After hitting the local places we rented a car for the rest of our visit. Indigo was our favorite fine dining and Omar’s was our favorite beach diner. Don’t hesitate booking with this property. We hope to come back someday.

The location of the Yacht Club is just perfect, with restaurants close by, beach access, beach amenities, plus the 4 infinity pools make for the perfect stay. All of the comforts of home are provided in this perfect 1-bdrm condo with views overlooking the pool, marina and ocean. We are already planning our next trip back.

Absolutely loved this location! Close enough if you wanted to venture into Grace Bay proper but far enough away to be a quiet and serene. Condo had everything you need for your stay. Especially appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. Patio was such a lovely spot to take in the sunset. We ate bfast out there every morning. Pool was beautiful. Could walk to a handful of great restaurants, however I would definitely suggest a car rental ( we used Grace Bay rentals). Smiths reef is so close where we snorkeled and saw turtles and eagle rays. Central beach access is a bit tricky to find but when you do there are very few people on that beach. Absolutely gorgeous. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this rental. Owners thought of everything and were super responsive to my questions. Hope to return again real soon!

We loved our stay at the Yacht Club in Molly and Curt’s condo! The lovely home was clean, had a great view, and had everything we needed in a fabulous location. We loved being about to walk to some great restaurants and snorkeling at Smith’s Reef. We saw large rays, turtles, barracuda, and many fish. It was the highlight of our trip! It was so convenient having the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our use. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Should we make it back to Provo, we will reach out again for sure:)❤️

This condo was amazing! One of the cleanest vrbos ever stayed in! What a great location! Great food! Did not have a bad meal any where! Condo has everything lots of helpful information! First time in Turks loved it so much we booked to come back in dec with our family and grandkids!

Would highly recommend this property! We had an amazing vacation and would return. We preferred this location to Grace Bay. Grace Bay is very busy. We were close to everything we needed. The restaurants nearby were all amazing. We got to meet lots of locals and truly had an amazing vacation. Thanks again Molly and Curt for sharing your unit with us! We will be returning :)

My husband and I visiting Turks and Caicos for our babymoon and had the best time. The condo was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. We loved our visit to Taylor Bay beach and snorkeling at Smiths reef. Would have liked the pool to be heated as the water was pretty chilly (the sun sets early and would have enjoyed evening swims but it was way too cold for that). Otherwise, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Can’t wait to return some day!

Molly and Curt’s place was an excellent choice for our trip to Provo! The pictures don’t do the space justice. The Yacht Club was blissfully quiet, pools and grounds immaculate. The view from their balcony was the best! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

This condo was beautiful - very nicely appointed and up to date with a beautiful view from the balcony. The pictures are 100% correct!! The complex was quiet with a very large pool. There was also an exercise room. The complex is only a short walk to the beach and it's within walking distance to several restaurants. Overall, great stay. Strongly recommend!!

Beautiful views, swaying palms, huge pool in a gorgeous condo that is well stocked with anything you could need. Close to several beaches including Babalua Beach which is great snorkeling to see turtles, parrot fish , ect. We would love to come back here. Thank you Curt and Molly.

Really enjoyed a week stayed here. Easy access to some of the best offshore snorkeling in the islands, a good on site gym (Precor equipment, dumbbells up to 45 lbs), laundry in the unit, and a code system for the door that means you don't have to bring a key with you to the beach.

Loved staying here. The views are exquisite from every angle. We had everything we needed at our finger tips from cooking, to snorkeling. It was very clean and I found myself very relaxed. We already miss enjoying our coffee on the balcony.

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and had an amazing time. The condo at the yacht club was a perfect location to explore other parts of the island. Although we spent much of our time at the beach that was within walking distance. The condo had all the needed creature comforts of home plus all the necessities for a wonderful day at the beach. We had breakfast in most days and ten packed a lunch to take with us to the beach, which worked out perfect for us. We’re hoping to make it back in the future and look forward to staying here again.
