Mariana from the office, really supported us

Where to start. There are 3 bedrooms and a living room, and so only 6 beds. There are 2 bathrooms and a toilet. One key for 7 people. The guy who gave us the key, only spoke Portuguese, and we had to pay a deposit of 250€, which is not mentioned anywhere. And the communication is terrible. Before we arrived, it was good. But then a horror. Once we had no electricity in the whole apartment. We called there, and sent 3 messages from Booking. But no reply. Also we got told, that we will get 3 more keys, 50 minutes after we arrived. In fact, we got one the next morning. Also the coffee machine and dishes are very old and broken. The street is very noisy and all windows are towards to the street. And when you use tge dishwasher, the electricity breaks. So if you come to Lisbon, search an other place. This is too expensive, and absolutely no service. Only Mariana in the office was supportive. But at Booking my worst experience. And also very poor lights in the rooms. In the last bedroom, the lp is behind a cupboard....

on the second day water was leaking from the ceiling of one of the bathroom. water was almost coming to the bedroom. called the management. they could not fix it. five people had to share one and half bathroom. was very inconvenient. there was a rattling noise from the tram even at two in the night. the house was very dark. is it expensive to have brighter bulb?

the location, so much space

de air conditioning did not work all my stay. one of the showers were broken and the door of the same bathroom did not close well, if you try to close it the sound was terrific. same was the sound outside, because it is in front of a church and the air conditioner did not work we had to open the windows, we didn’t sleep well because of the bells of the church and the heat in the apartment

Very good value for money, perfect if you are traveling with a family or group. The apartment was super spacious, had space for more than 6 people, and has all necessities to be comfortable. We stayed there only for about a week, but I suppose a commodity like this would be great if you plan to stay in Lisbon even longer! Kitchen fully equipped to cook delicious meals, if you don’t feel like spending money outside, the living room very spacious and with lots of seating comfort and TV. Lots of light as well. The tree bedrooms were also very comfortable. The bathrooms with shower/tub also great. The building seemed recently renovated, easily accessible with elevator and is placed in a great location. Close to tram stop, also there was a small shop for groceries underneath. Definitely worth it!

As much as the location was pretty central and easily reached with public transport, the house is up a hill and might not be so accessible for everyone. The apartment we stayed in was directly facing the road and every 10 minutes you could hear the tram passing by very loudly and shaking the apartment. Especially bothersome at night… to keep in mind if you have a light sleep. Also one of the bathrooms’ door was broken and impossible to close to get some privacy, but fortunately the apartment had another bathroom with shower & toilet and another separate toilet.

Need more towels and cleaning supplies for kitchen and bathroom. Shower goes all over flow. Had to call twice to get Gas turned on.
