A great location with friendly checkin staff. Rooms were very clean and I liked that you could collect different pillows, toothbrushes, and lamps in the corridor and lobby areas. The area had an excellent branch of High-high-low near to the hotel, which is far better value than eating at the Ramen museum (although this is still a fun visit).

We booked a 3 person room for ourselves and our son so we would obviously use the three beds in it. When we arrived in the room there was a notice on the bunk bed saying we had to make that bed ourselves, which was really unpleasant at the end of a long journey given we had paid for three people. Our double bed had a single pillow in it and extra pillows had run out on our floor, so I had to borrow from the next floor. The rooms at the back of the hotel have hardly any natural light so aren't good if you need to recover from jetlag. Queues for breakfast were extremely long so we went to Macdonalds and Starbucks because we didn't want to waste time on queueing for half an hour. It felt like a waste of money as we had paid for breakfast at the hotel, so they should provide more room for guests to sit and eat.

Great sized room and big closet space. Bed was very comfortable as well. Free breakfast is included in the price. There is also a public bath available on L2 but it gets crowded easily. good location close by to Shin Yokohama station and also Yokohama arena. It is in a night life area so there are alot of places to eat and drink nearby. Laundry is available and detergent is also provided.

Outside can be noisy full of drunk ppl depending on the time of the nigh tbut not a huge deal. Breakfast while free also meant that it got very crowded, but there is an option to do a take away box to take back to the room so points to the staff for implementing this.
