In Flag for a wedding, the house was perfect for us!

We stayed here so everyone could be together for the wedding we were hosting. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The host is very accommodating and responsive! We had everything we needed supplied in the home. There was a beautiful fireplace in the upstairs master bedroom & the family room. I highly recommend staying here!

This house is perfect for a large family or groups! There were 7 of us and everyone had their own space to unwind after hiking. The kitchen is well stocked. We were able to do day trips to all the sights around Flagstaff, Sedona, Grand Canyon and even up to Page. I highly recommend this house.

Super close to the highway for easy access. Very nice and cozy place to stay.

Property was exactly as advertised. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise, just what was needed to get in and out. House was clean and comfortable; everything was in working order. Gas fireplace was particularly enjoyable after a day skiing at Snowbowl.

We enjoyed this property. Lots of space for our big family to spread out. The family room couch was way too soft - it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, everything else was as expected.

Start to finish our experience was absolutely flawless. The property was pristine when we arrived - everything was incredibly clean. Kids loved camping out all together in the bunk room, the master bedroom with ensuite bath and walk in closet was amazing, and all of our guests (kids and adults alike) were happy as can be. Communicating with the owner prior to our arrival was a breeze and she made everything so easy that we never had to ask any additional questions during our stay. If we are ever back in Flagstaff, we will absolutely return to this property. Highly recommend!

This house is beautiful and big in a quiet neighborhood. We had our Thanksgiving dinner there and with 2 dining tables we were able to seat our whole family of 14 people. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property. We made great memories there. Thank you to the owners for being responsive and sharing their home with people.

A perfect location for a NAU 80s reunion with friends. Big, great location and comfortable. We would definitely recommend for other large groups.

We stayed here with 12 family members and we really felt like we had lots of room with us all together in one home. The layout made it perfect for everyone to feel comfortable and the kids room was icing on the cake. They all loved getting to be together! The backyard was fun for them and the couch in the living room was so very comfortable! Everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quiet and the hosts were professional and prompt with clear and explicit instructions for check in/out. Thanks for a great time!

We came up for my son's wedding and my family came from California. Your home was perfect! Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully decorated and plenty of space for everyone! Thank you so much!

This house had everything you could need for your vacation. Plenty of rooms beautiful kitchen nice backyard. Great stay.

We first asked if it was possible to arrive a little early and she said we would have to pay a per hour fee for every hour we wanted to be there early. I was surprised because every time in the past if the property was ready we were able to have an early arrival for free. She wrote, and I quote, "I don’t give away my property for free." That was the start of our relationship. When we arrived at 3 o’clock the house had walls that were scraped up around the dining room, a hole behind the front door, the backyard patio table chairs were unusable because the seats were rotted out. The fire pit that was advertised was completely rusted out and all of the ash and sharp parts were on the patio where it was sitting. Also, the grill was filthy and completely unusable. We asked the manager to get new chairs and to have the fire pit replaced and have the grill cleaned. She said she could not have these things done in the time we were going to be staying there. At 7 o’clock in the evening she wrote and said if we left immediately that night she would refund all our money. We already had several grandkids that were getting in bed and it was not an option. We did get up in the morning and I offered to pay for one night lodging plus taxes for that night. She agreed and did refund me the next three evenings. I would not recommend renting this house until the management of the property fixes the things that are in desperate need to be fixed or replaced. When you go on a family vacation you don’t want to have to deal with problems like this. Also, we have not heard from VRBO on The Nightmare at Ponderosa Trails.

This house was great for space and privacy. Two families with small kids and two teenagers stayed, and we were all comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, great accommodations for our infant, as well. Communication with host was quick and positive. Only drawback was that downstairs toilet was dirty when we arrived, and glass coffee carafe was broken (neither are a big deal). Also, people have clearly been pretty rough with this house. Take care of places you stay, everyone!

This home is about 1 1/2 hrs from the Grand Canyon. The home is in a family friendly neighborhood. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The home was easy to find and the entry process was very easy. This home is beautiful and has so much room for big families. We had 12 people with us- our teen children, our married children and their spouses and my in-laws. There are 2 living rooms, a huge kitchen with an eat-in area, a dining room, 3 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms. We gave the main floor bedroom to my in-laws and the rest of us were upstairs. The room that has 2 bunk beds is probably best for much younger kids and not teens. The metal bunk beds were wobbly and the metal ladder was hard to climb up. But, we made it work and everyone had a bed. The laundry room is upstairs as well. The decorations, furniture, fixtures and appliances are all updated and nice. The home was very clean. The kitchen has all the cooking pans, dishes and utensils you need to make your meals. There is also a grill outside. It works, but probably needs replacing. The owners were kind and easy to work with and responded right away when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this home!

I stayed here with my wedding party and it fit all of us perfectly! Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We were fortunate enough to stay once the fire restrictions lifted so we could use the fire pit outside. I suggest bringing some lawn games for the backyard! Beautiful home!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was well maintained and perfect for a family with small children. The owner was very helpful and available for any questions we had. It was also close to restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again!

Great place-having nothing but positive things to say about our experience

Location is very convenient. Far enough from the city to feel calm but just a few minutes drive to downtown. Large and spacious. We had a large group and didn't feel crowded

The property suited our needs perfectly. Plenty of room for dining and lots of walking trails nearby.

The house is very cozy, clean and comfy. It has everything you need for a longer stay(we had 6 nights), great number of bedrooms for a big company, reasonable number of bathrooms, laundry, fireplace for cozy evenings together, deck and grill, and a really huge kitchen to accommodate you with space and utensils. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, and has its own garage and parking. The communication with the owners is awesome, they respond you right away and try to help solve your concerns. Thank you Stephanie for being there for us!!! The house is close to many sights one can visit. As we are a hiking group, we loved our morning drives to Sedona(about 45 min), Grand Canyon(2h), Antelope Canyon(2h), Sunset Crater Volcano (around 25 min), and many more. Thank you having us! It was the perfect location for a Snowbowl ski weekend with family and friends.

The property was big, perfect for our family size. The children enjoyed the backyard area especially since it was snowing. The property owner was easy to keep in contact before our stay and answered all our questions. I would definitely return with the family.

It was a great place it worked perfect for us and we loved our stay there.. We're hoping we can maybe get it again next year for the same type of trip

I stayed between 1/14/22 & 1/16/22 - I was in the master bedroom upstairs the 1st night, I turned on the fireplace which was really cool that night & proceeded to enjoy the rest of the night downstairs with my friends & later that night I went to go to sleep & noticed cracks throughout the fireplace glass & turned off the fireplace. I found my phone & the glass started to fall inside & outside the fireplace - I took a picture & sent it to the owners. They came the next day to clean it up then 2 weeks later they send me a repairs invoice & proceed to charge me $500!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! If your fireplaces are faulty & combust on their own then maybe tell the guests not to use them?? I do not recommend staying at this location as you will be held responsible for anything that is faulty! Walk on eggshells in the house!! Horrible!

Our family had a great time in Flagstaff! The home was very spacious, clean and comfortable!

Me and family got together for Christmas and needed a bigger home to fit us all this was perfect for our needs specially for the little ones.
