L emplacement est super. 15min de train depuis/vers l aéroport. Option de bus également (un peu plus long). Très bien desservi par les transports publics. 15min du centre ville par métro ou tram. Emplacement parfait pour visiter Amsterdam. La chambre de l hôtel est propre. L hôtel agréable.

The free coffee and the style of the room

Modern hotel on strategic location with a very good accessibilty everywhere by bike or subway. Clean, but rooms are pretending some hitec which has no added value to your comfort and it is slightly unpractical. Hotel does not have any special atmosphere and some floors are connected with very industrial parts with no charm. However the reception and breakfast area has unique and quite distinguished atmosphere which we enjoyed.

I am not sure if it is cost effective. Breakfast is standard but nothing special. It is not easy to take free coffee or tea with you to the room.

Its location is great. The staff is so helpfull. You may find free coffee and tea whenever you want

The bathrooms are small, and when it is a travel for work with a colleague it does not seem so private

The beds are comfortable and the metro is right outside with easy access to the centre and rokin.

On our third day we left the room in the morning just as housekeeping were arriving to clean the room, and returned at 9pm at night to find that our room door was wedged wide open and had been left that way for over 10 hours. The access corridor door was also wedged open and was on the ground floor right at the entrance. Anyone could have access our room throughout the day. I reported it to reception and got no apology and was told “check to see if anything is missing and if it is come back to us”. We didn’t notice anything missing but my bank card, passport and our cash were in the room that was open to anyone all day. When we returned to reception 10 minutes later to get a hot chocolate (which wasn’t working) we were told that we could have a soft drink of choice from the fridge for free and a complimentary breakfast the next day (the morning we were leaving) and that they’d speak to the housekeeper that left it open. We never received an apology though and I’d never stay again. The hotel is also advertised as adult only and soundproof which it absolutely isn’t. There was a baby two rooms down that was screaming throughout the night (which can’t be helped and I have no issue with) IF the hotel hadn’t been falsely advertised as ADULT ONLY and SOUNDPROOF. Which I have screenshots of on the booking.

Everything.. the way people live here . The old building...the museums. The night life. It's so much to see ..

It's nothing which I didn't like..

Very nice room, good facilities, conveniently located next to train/bus stations, lovely staff, good breakfast

Only downside was no window. No problem for us but might put others off

The staff was extremely willing to help, truly appreciated the attention they gave my requests. Besides this, the location of the hotel is great, with lots of great restaurants around plus the metro is a minute away. The lights inside were very cool and the shower gel and lotion smelled nice.

The crevices between the bed and the wall were extremely dirty. We had to place towels on the shower floors in order not to slip. Extremely slippery when wet. A lot of noise from the halls leaked into the rooms. Wifi was terribly slow
