Advertised cocktails at the bar not made with correct ingredients- no pineapple juice in the pina colada! On asking bar staff simply said they don’t have pineapple juice due to cost Shower facilities and changing rooms for gym area very poor- no hairdryer and lights go off when in the shower - not ideal for late departure when a room not available Pictures of pool taken from clever angle not a true representation

My departure. I would not recommend this place unless your are a glutton for punishment. The place is run by people who have no manners and no sense of what it means to run a hotel. The place is run as if its a camp designed for punishment and correction. A list of things one must Not Do (or else) is displayed with the sentence at the end, "We can be Friends" . If you value your peace of mind and want to enjoy your holidays stay clear of this place.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. i have never in my wide travels come across such rude and unfriendly staff. I would not recommend this place.

Location, kind of room, balcony

The AC leaks, the balcony is impossible to close, the internet don’t work (manager couldn’t fix that). When we checked out manager grumbles that I was living not alone, but I ordered room for 2 people. Bad experience

No breakfast. Good location for beach, bars and restaurants.

The size of the room was really good. I did not expect to have a separate bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped although I had to buy some extra stuff such as dish washing liquid and a lighter for the gas stove. The location was also good with lots of restaurants nearby. The Venus beach was like 10/15 min away on foot and there was a Lidl supermarket just across the Venus beach hotel so it was convenient to do some shopping after the beach time and then go back to the hotel. The was a nice bar at the hotel when one could relax with a drink and listen to some good music. Staff was nice especially the woman who was always smiling. There was no receptionist and the bar staff would usually help with handing the room key etc

The pool did not look very clean so I never used it. The staff were not very helpful with extra requests such as booking a taxi to the airport for an early flight or printing a boarding pass so I had to arrange those elsewhere. The room at first had a very stale smell as if it was not used for months. Guests need to pay extra for air conditioning. I did not pay for it and I had all windows open so it was not that bad. Room was on the ground floor so there was good circulation of air. The towels in the room did not look very clean but on the 3rd day they were replaced with new ones that looked much better. I only saw around 3 old housekeepers who were doing their best to clean all the rooms every day so props to them.

The location was good, close to amenities. WiFi was good and parking spaces were enough

Nothing was working in the apartment. Floor lamp and over the bed lights were not working. One of the tvs was not working. It wasn't clean. There was hair on the vanity furniture, leaves on the floor, and dust everywhere . They provided one small soap for 2 persons and for 2 nights and one towel per person, not replaced the 2nd day. The apparenment had one AC unit (charged extra!!) that wasn't covering the whole flat. Requested for a fan that didn't come.

The pool area was really nice, the location is good, rooms get cleaned everyday, rooms are spacious…

There is no detergent, shampoo, soap, hairdryer. You have to bring this with you.

The pool area and the location is the best thing about this place. Good spacious apartments but you have to pay an additional 8 euros per night for the air-conditioning.

We loved the location, the personel, the large rooms, very nice pool, and the cleaning ladies were doing their job daily quietly. The bar was very nice.

I think they should pay attention to the small things: the towels were very old, they used to be white but now they were gray with a very inapropriate texture, there was no way we can use them so we had to buy some towels from Jumbo. The blanket on the bed was also very old and we avoid using it, no shower gel or shampoo. Like I said small things but they do the difference.

The best experience ever. Everybody was nice and helpful. The hotel is in the center, the rooms are clean, the stuff amazing❤️ Christina is the best❤️ I spent a great week there with my mom. We will come back for sure. Highly recommended. Thank you for all! ☺️

Property was lovely and located in a convenient area, close to shops, restaurants and cafés. Room was very clean, fully equipped and with a balcony. Bathroom was clean. Staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. Pool and pool area were clean. Really enjoyed our stay and have recommended it to friends.

- good price - lots of options to eat around - 20 min walk from the old town / harbor - 10 min away from a big mall for groceries, fast food or shopping

- not very clean (hairs, toilets) - towels are not changed: my towel that was on the floor was folded back as "fresh" (still wet) - cold at night (April) even with multiple of the thin blankets available - no shampoo/shower gel

we booked two rooms for two nights. It was a nice stay, accept that the kitchen was not so clean and the rooms needed definitely some renovation

You pay little for little. The manager was quite rude and not open to feedback/ dialogue. I think it is absurd not to provide basics like matches to turn on the stove....

Just need to purchase everything such as dish soap, sponge and lighter etc if you want to use the kitchen to cook, but to be expected with reasonable pricing.

Great location just by the main street. Room is nice and it has all you need for staying few days. Heating is not availible but they are happy to give you extra blanket.
