Good central location near railway and bus stations. Good sized spotlessly clean room with comfy bed and good lighting.

It was easy to find and in a good location. Bed was super comfy. Felt very safe as you had to use your key card to get in the door after a certain time, in the lift and also to the room. The hotel was cashless. You could get pizza 24/7, £14 for a 12” margarita and then the other options were £16.

If you wanted breakfast it was £15pp and in a hotel next door - we didn’t have it though. There were a couple of stains on the carpet and looked like a spilt drink stain on the wall.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and the hotel location is good to visit the city.

Great location in order to use the tram service to Coop Live arena. Bed very comfortable, bathroom really clean.

There was no dining area so breakfast was served in their ‘sister’ hotel next door….. not a problem if it is dry, but it was pouring down when we had to use it! Not very happy dashing there and back.
