Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location close to the centre but still quiet. Car park right next to the hotel.

Great lobby. Very comfortable beds. Quiet. Which is what we needed for a long day ahead. Close to the train station.

Close to the centre of Lille and railway stations. 20 minute walk to Cita Parc and the zoo. Ideal for families. We had a double bed and sofa bed for the three of us. Breakfast has a wide choice and staff are efficient in topping up food and clearing away tables etc. Room was clean and there were enough towels. The bar area has board games and table football so great for relaxing. Lunchtime menu looked great although didn't have time to try it.

Nothing really......perhaps some better pillows as they were a bit lumpy, but that was personal choice.

I thought breakfast was included at the price of the room but was told it was extra on arrival which was a shame.

Not enough comfortable chairs to watch the big scree.
