Spacious room & location

The wifi of the room, as it is very stable. The complimentary drinks in the fridge though we only took the mineral water. It shows the hotel's appreciation towards the guests.

The glass screen for the bathtub could be longer to cover half instead of a quarter of the bathtub. When we showered, water splashed out and the toilet floor was all wet. It is very dangerous for elderly to step out of the bathtub onto the wet floor. Hope your hotel can look into this.

Location is very convenient, close to Jordan station. There are many restaurant and cafe around the vicinity. walking distance to many tourist attraction.

Wifi is very poor.

staff are helpful and efficient. I appreciate that there is always staff to observe the movement of people in the lobby.

It will be more interesting if I may watch YOUTUBE videos. I have tried to connect but at the last step, it wouldn't connect. I　guess this facility is now open to all.

Personnel à la réception sans sourire ou gentillesse, entrée de l’hôtel très bruyante. Salle de bain sans douche, équipement vieillissant.
