I like the location, just a few steps away from the MTR and other public transportation stations. The rooms are small (same than other IBIS hotels) but in general good. The staff is polite but it could be more friendly, also, this depends on the person in the front desk.

In 2 opportunities , I found small cockroaches in the bathroom and the hallway where the elevator is located. The service in the front desk depending on the person is not always good and in the bathroom the way the shower area is designed makes that every time you take a shower the water goes outside the shower and the bathroom is always soaked

L’hôtel est bien placé dans un quartier assez luxueux. Il y a un centre commercial disponible juste devant l’hôtel. La proximité avec le MTR rends le voyage facile

I have bad experience on this hotel very bas service we arrived very tired from airport and once we arrived hotel and show them booking confirmation they said we must wait till. Ext day 15 pm to check-in and even we have booked the room and that day very heavy rain 🌧 outside and late next day we enter to that hotel they charge us too much but not included coffee or tea in the room just they name 5 stars hotel but actually it's 2 stars hotel I will not recommended this hotel to anyone want to visit Hong Kong and they charge us 600 usd per 2 night but normal they need to pay us back 45 usd but they keep asking us to pay more if you book this hotel you will just lost your money with 0 service no hotel in the world doesn't provide you coffe or tea in room first time in my life I saw this really bad service

Near my mom's home in North Point. Convenient and easy to get street food nearby. Quiet room. Fridge, adaptor, slippers, kettle and bottles of water provided. Easy check out. Quiet air-conditioner.

Small twin room. Beds and elevator lobby too narrow. Wifi could only be used on one device only. Breakfast is too expensive.

Simple and good price. Great location, subway, shops and transportation and near to airport buses. Bed is not much but enough for one person. Quick response for repairing e.g. power, lost key card.

Upgrade renovation. More cleanliness. In future, when the buildings in front of the hotel are occupied, the environment may not be as good as before. However, it is not a bad place to stay on for a short time while in Hong Kong.

Exposed dirty shower waste drainage tube wide opening just at your foot stand! I didn't use the shower. Fortunately, I booked only for 1 night. I understood it's a budget hotel, but supposed not so poorly maintained. And ibis hotel is not the most budgeted among those in the locality.
