Brilliant location on the way to Croatia,free parking, breakfast included,clean rooms. The staff was very friendly. The Centre of Graz is worth to explore.

With 25 Celsius degrees during a night falling asleep without air conditioning was really hard.

We appreciate the clean and pleasant environment, the friendly attitude of the employees, especially at the reception. Beyond their duties, they recommended us interesting places in the city. Our stay at the hotel was also made more pleasant by the pleasant wellness center.

I was there for business trip, and I hope that I will come back. Personal was really, really good. They did whatever you want, for example beer after closing hours :) The saunas was really clean and silent. Breakfast was good, with long opening hours.

The personnel is friendly, and the hotel is nicely decorated and warm. Breakfast was okay (I am vegetarian), could be better. They let me stay for a late check-out which I appreciated.

The spa place is very tiny and could be modernized a bit. There was no fruit or teas, only glasses for self-pouring in the toilet sink. There are three saunas, finish, steam, and infra, but all three are tiny for one to three persons at most. One warm room with lightning therapy didn't work (only the green light was always shining). Wellness is open on weekends until 6:45 PM, which I found very uncomfortable as a weekend guest. I was also slightly shocked because I had to pay 30 EUR for the cat... I find that a bit much for a cat, though, mainly because I cleaned after it, so there was no particular work for the hotel workers. I was missing the fridge in the room.

Hotel is equiped. Clean, good, rich breakfast also gluten free breakfast, very helpful and nice staff. Very near is tram to the city centre.

Hotel is little outsite city, bit there is a good connection by tram.

Hotel is good and very clean. It takes around 20 minutes from Graz Central Station with Tram 1 direction to Mariatrost (stop at Teichhof). Walk less than 8 minutes. It was very convenient ☺️. Tram runs early morning till late night which is really very good. Staffing are good and helpful. Very good breakfast.. always refill and clean up the table when guest left the Breakfast Room.👌 Hotel car park is direct at the Hotel ☺️👌

Negative: no slippers and bathrobe. Sauna timing should be a little bit more flexible... earlier. Bed was good for me but for mine husband it is too soft .During the stay 3 nights couldn't sleep good.😔

The hotel is located in a nice peaceful area. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The furniture was a bit old-fashioned, but in a good condition. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (especially the receptionist from Slovakia). Unfortunately, I didn't feel good during our stay, but the staff arranged a special breakfast for me and my boyfriend could take it to our room. There is a great choice of food of high quality. When we come back, we will stay in this hotel again.

The room was very hot although the heating was off. It's because the pipes are hot anyway.
