La stanza un po’ rumorosa

Per mancanza di tempo non ho potuto fruire dell'ampia offerta di servizi, ad eccezione del garage, molto utile, data la posizione di questo confortevolissimo hotel in cui opera del personale molto gentile. Un eccellente punto di riferimento a Verona a pochi passi dal centro storico ove si trovano anche parcheggi pubblici.

Hotel hat eine gute Lage und das Personal ist super freundlich. Der Eingangsbereich und Lounge etc sind hell, weitläufig und hübsch dekoriert.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise kaputte Elemente im Bad. Sehr enges, kleines Zimmer und es wirkt alles etwas alt und ungemütlich. Frühstück war ok, zwar viel "frisches" Obst und Gemüse, das aber doch vertrocknet aussah. Hatte bei 4 Sternen und dem Preis insgesamt mehr erwartet.

The beds are far too firm and I was woken up at 5am by the linen delivery! Crashing about for half an hour!

Nice 30 minute walk from hotel to Verona city centre. Breakfast was lovely as a standard western style buffet breakfast with pastries, eggs, bacon etc. The room was big with a nice modern shower.

Unfortunately the bed was too hard for me which made sleeping uncomfortable

Overall we were very happy with the hotel . The pool was lovely and the facilities were amazing . But most of all I thought the staff were amazing. Two staff in particular Rachida and Bhagya are a huge credit to the hotel . They helped us out so much especially when myself and my fiancée went to visit Lake Garda and Venice they gave us great advice on what to go see in both places and went out of their away in helping us with the public transport and I can't thank them both enough for their help over the holiday and I wish them and the hotel all the best in the future.

I was a little disappointed that the Spa wasn't opened but it didn't take away how much we enjoyed staying at the hotel .

We were very impressed by the quality of our stay at Hotel San Marco. The check-in staff, housekeepers, and bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly and helpful with all aspects of our stay. The room was spacious, and clean, with all amenities included in good working order and maintained to a high standard. The breakfast room offered an excellent choice of foods and seating was available overlooking to pool as well as inside. The pool and surrounding area were well kept with good quality sunbeds and plenty of shade on offer. There was also enough space for the guests who wished to use this area. The hotel is located about a 20-minute walk from the center of Verona which made seeing the beautiful sights of Verona and finding nice restaurants relatively easy.

Some areas could be improved to give a more polished look to the hotel such as the back of the hotel where we arrived which looked dated compared to the front, and an area near the pool that overlooks the back of the kitchens which could be screened off to preserve the otherwise lovely surroundings. It was also unfortunate that you couldn't see your belongings whilst swimming in the pool, and perhaps in future, the layout could be altered to allow this.

Lovely pool and pool area. Much nicer than in the photo. Very helpful staff. Right next to bus stop to both station and centre of town. Effective air conditioning which was very much needed! Amazing selection for breakfast.

Far from the center, at least a 30 minute walk. There was, however, a bus stop next to the hotel which would get you there in 15 minutes. A lot of noise in the morning, before 9 am!

This hotel advertises themselves as Spa Hotel. But the SPA is not included on the stay.. only if we pay additionally.. Btw on the hotel website this information is clear, but in booking it is not...

Ok staff

Location much further from attractions then advertised, dirty rooms (fungus in the bathroom, terrible smell in the room), very poor breakfast, no sound insulation in rooms (you can hear the person above you at the toilet and when they flush you hear it go thru your room). Hotel needs seriois refurbishing

The hotel is very big in a quite area. The 24/7 consierge is attentive and polite. The room is clean and the things inside work well. A garage is available.

The room is very small and did not exceed my espectations. The bathroom is very small and the showerbox also. The breakfast is average. The area is isolated from any citylife.
