Die Lage nahe bei der Paddingtonstation war super. An der Rezeption haben wir sehr viele mündliche Informationen über zahlreiche Wege zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und über Essgelegenheiten erhalten.

Wir haben in einer Grossstadt keine hohen Ansprüche an ein Zimmer, aber gewisse Grunderwartungen. Das Zimmer war in einem separaten Gebäude im Keller etwa 100 Meter vom Haupthaus. Das einzige Fenster war in einem Lichtschacht. Es gab kaum Tageslicht. Das Zimmer war sehr eng, das Doppelbett eher schmal. Das unser Zimmer im Keller sei, war nirgends erkennbar weder im Text noch auf einem Bild sonst hätten wir nie gebucht. Unseren Abfall mussten wir selber vor die Zimmertüre stellen. Das Zimmer wurde während des ganzen Aufenthalts von vier Tagen nie gemacht.

Sehr gute Lage, die Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Das Personal war hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen sehr klein und eng. Die Ausstattung ist schon sehr alt und wirkt etwas zusammengewürfelt.

Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, 5 λεπτά από τον σταθμό Paddington και Lancaster Gate, λιγότερο από 15 λεπτα με τα ποδια απο Oxford Street. Το προσωπικό του front desk πολύ εξυπηρετικό και κατατοπιστικό. Η γύρω περιοχή έχει εστιατόρια για φαγητό. Το δωμάτιο σχετικά καθαρό

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι παλιό και δεν έχει καμία παροχή. Ρεσεψιόν δεν υπάρχει, μόνο ενας χώρος σαν αποθήκη με το front desk. Στεγάζεται σε 2 ξεχωριστά κτήρια που απέχουν μεταξυ τους 200μετρα. Κακή συντηρηση των χώρων. Καθαρισμός δωματίου κάθε 2-3 ημέρες. Επιπλεόν ζητούν εγγύηση 50λιρες (επιστρέφεται μετα απο έως 10 ημέρες), μήπως γίνει κάποια καταστροφή!

Péssimo custo benefício. Hotel caro, banheiro estava sujo, teias de aranha no teto. Fui alocado em um quarto em um andar abaixo do nível da rua, com pouca ventilação. Se as pessoas do quarto acima se mexessem, nós ouvíamos. Eu, nunca mais

It’ s a nice, quiet place with lots of restaurants around. And the hotel have all the facilities.

Everything ok

The outside terrace connected to the room was perfect. The Paddington neighborhood is very welcoming and filled with restaurants and pubs. And the Hotel is a very short walk to Hyde Park and multiple train and subway stations.

Clean and tidy it is in a safe part of town easy access to everything happy with room just small but that is expected

Not being able to use a toaster to have breakfast

Location was fantastic. My room was facing the street but it was quiet enough for a deep sleep.

Although they tried to renovate some of outdated facilities, squeaking floors of neighbors (and of mine of course) was disappointing. Understandable since It's an old, historic building.

They made us pay extra to move rooms after they put us in a very inappropriate room that very different from pictures, and we wanted to change. Staff was rude about it, Not a pleasant entry for a vacation...

It was the second time I stayed here. Apart from the great location, the staff is more than friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean und comfortable. As a solo traveller it is important to feel safe and sound, which I did!

Unfortunately, the WiFi was not as strong as I hoped it would be, same goes for the water pressure under the shower but it is all acceptable!

Basin drainage in toilet was blocked, no packing to complimentary tea bags and malfunctioning of refrigerator

Excellent location near Paddington Station and Kensington Gardens. Staff were very helpful getting me to the room and settled in. Excellent shower and air con.

It's a small room up a few flights of fairly narrow stairs without a staffed reception desk in this separate area of the hotel. None of this was problematic for me but worth noting.

Fantastic location and very affordable for being right next to Hyde Park. Everyone complaining about the stairs and tiny rooms clearly hasn’t traveled to a major European city before ;)

Nothing, everything was fine

No daily cleaning service. Room on the fourth floor with no lift and steep narrow stairs (I would have loved to be able to go in and out of the room as necessary during the day, but I really didn’t want to have to climb those stairs more than once a day, having a slight heart condition - this wasn’t made clear to me at the time of booking, by the way). The room was also ridiculously small but I guess that’s London for you.

Close to Paddjngton station and lots of cafes & bars There was no breakfast or vouchers included.

The room was very small, the bathroom tiny, the hairdryer on the wall fell off everytime using the toilet

Location and price. Good value for the money

Stairs are too narrow and bringing suitcases to upper floors was hard. Beds are not very comfortable.

Location was amazing. It was only a 30minute walk to Oxford street and hyde park was so close too.

Cleaning service was only available once for free during our stay and the room itself was smaller than it looked in the photos which made the stay a big squished.

Could not operate wifi

Location was excellent, staff were super friendly.

Room was in the basement and was very noisy as directly under reception/front door (foot steps/door banging) and seemed directly above the underground so constant rumble of trains. The lock on the room door was almost non existent and there was no safe in the room so would not have left anything of value in it. There was very little storage in the room but suspect this was because it was a room for 5 so was mainly filled with beds.
