The buggy drivers and spa consultants were super friendly. Food was superb. Spa was excellently executed.

Reception was very dull. Candle light dinner was so boring.

I made this booking for my parents' anniversary. I didn't ask them to prepare a special room for the anniversary. But they did it exceeded my expectations. Wow, a nice room with the deco. Tq Ms Yuhanis and team.

It has TVB jade channel which is very convenient to Hongkongers.

Buggy car very comfortable and all the drivers very friendly. The Chinese restaurant food not bad, very delicious. The breakfast choices are great.

The amenities provided only for 4 pax, but we purposely call in and informed we stay for 5 pax, need to call reception to deliver another set of amenity. Didn’t write the word “welcome Dr Bryan” which we call one week ago to request them to write a welcome card. Receptionist - check in staff very poor, not well trained. Check out staff more professional. The curtain in the room need to change, very old. The room very dark, should be brighter, so hard to find our things in the room.

Room Service was extremely Poor. My husband requested a Spoon and a Small bowl from receptionist to be delivered to our room on 28th May 2023 at 3.35pm, 30 minutes over so i called to Room Service, a lady said will send to us shortly. However, 15 minutes has past so I call to RS again. A guy who attended to my car was extremely rude. He told me they were having 8 rooms of order to cook, so i need to queue for my turn. I highlighted I was not requested a meal, I just need a bowl and a spoon. Can just pass to Buggy staff and send to us. He shouted at me said No, i need to wait. I said alright, If its so difficult for you to arrange the spoon and bowl for me. I dont need it anymore. I will make a complain then i hang the call. Less than 5 minutes, I have received what I've been waited. Time spent nearly 1 hour for me to received a spoon and a small bowl.

Service no good ！！ As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I ordered a drink, but it didn’t come until the early hours of the night. I called 3 times in a row. The next day, I ordered mineral water for 2 hours, but it didn’t arrive. Then I checked out directly.

phone in the room can not be used and i have complain but no one entertain. so frustrated with the full board ..pay for high amount but there is a dinner and lunch does not include beverage.

I got a superior room that was newly renovated, which is definitely better than my parent villa room. The breakfast buffet is great with wide options. They provide buggy around the resort. The place is quiet and nice for relaxing. The staff is friendly and nice. We had dimsum at the restaurant in the resort for lunch, and it was delicious.

I think my room is not throughly clean before we enter as I can find dirty spots on the sofa. Even the next morning, they didn't clean the table near the sofa that is dirty. The towel is old. The room service foods are not delicious, we order fews all not worth the money. The pool closes at 7 pm so you can swim at night. We are resort guests, but we still need to pay for inside parking, which is ridiculously expensive, rm25 per day, and additional rm10 every time you go out. The outside parking so damn far, and not sure if they provide buggy service for outside parking.

We liked the peace and quiet at the resort. Breakfast spread was good. They had plenty of asian food options to choose from + bread options and fruits. We liked that the resort had a private beach area with chairs, tables and lounge chairs. It was also in a shaded part of the beach. The tide doesn't come up until late noon though so from morning until noon, there's only options to play on the sand with no sea water. The view is amazing and the place is generally tranquil and quiet. Good for a quick weekend getaway from the hustle of the urban city of KL.

We had to wait for buggy service for a long time on days 2 and 3 (at least 5 to 10 minutes) so we ended up walking to the main lobby. Apparently that was due to lack of staff. Apart from that, we had a good time with the kids having their beach time, pool time and games at the game room.
