Food could be better Swimming pool for babies next to the Dunas restaurant is really cold, doesn't seem to heated.

Beautiful resort, set on the most amazing beach. We loved everything about it, our Garden House was spacious and well thought out, the staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the facilities were fantastic.

There is so many various locations and activities for children the place is really great for families with kids. Swiming pools, spa and restaurants also good but who cares if your don´t juming on your head?

I´d like this place located close to biger towns like Algarve or Faro but mabe for other people current location in a list of benefits

The villa was comfortable and the restaurant near the games room and that whole area near gym and games room was great.

Reception was not very welcoming on arrival. Although we requested to check in earlier so we could enjoy Xmas lunch on time, we couldn't access the villa even though we found out that no one had occupied it before us. The restaurant where Xmas lunch was held and breakfast was like a school canteen feeling. I remember visiting the resort a few times previously and it was more classier and up-market, something we had hoped for this Xmas. But to be honest it felt like an extended nursery. Not sure will be visiting again anytime soon as have discovered the Octant group and they are much more welcoming on arrival, professional and upmarket.

Everything about the property has been so well thought out for families to enjoy the beauty of Sagres and its beaches in pure comfort. The ocean Villas have great views and very spacious and cleaned every day too which is a bonus.

Restaurants very expensive but the food is delicious so still worth eating in them. There was a little confusion between departments (from concierge to reception to gym to watersports) a few times but it wasn't a problem in the end. Would be nice if they topped up the coffee and tea every day too.

Brilliant facilities for family with young children. We stayed during Christmas break and we had a wonderful time. Staff were excellent and very friendly, they made the holiday!

Everything was fine. Perfect for families with kids. one of the most beautiful places at the Algarve.

Absolutely amazing for going on holiday with kids! We were able to have a meal, drinks or icecream whilst our 3 year old was entertained by playing on the bouncy castle, trampolines etc or playing with Duplo with someone from the hotel engaging with them. The 4 pools were all heated (in September) which made them very enjoyable (and one is part indoor). They are not filled with slides or anything which keeps it calm for adults but there are a few things such as floating bean bags, a bouncy castle with a slide into the pool, noodles, mini slides into the pool which entertains the little ones. The beach area is nice. There was a 15 minute dance every night for the kids and some nights there was also a puppet show or extra entertainment on special days (like international talk like a pirate day!). The games room was well equipped with a cinema area, pool table, air hockey, Duplo area etc. The kids club was easy to book and our little one enjoyed his morning there doing super hero training. We stayed in a house with a garden which was lovely. It made for a genuinely, relaxing holiday which is rare with kids!

Spacious room with great view and sound of the ocean , very clean , although a family resort my partner and I travelled without kids but we found the resort very quiet with no loud kids. Beautiful beach and no motor jet sky allowed or motor boat close to shore a plus indeed just simple paddle board . Very happy with our staying .

Only one day we had very late room service for which we had to call twice the reception. Everything was eventually taken care of .

the staff were so attentive and outstanding with the children.

only 1 thing. the buggy ramps could do with updating to accommodate the narrow width of the yoyo buggy!
