We had dinner & the breakfast both of which were very good & nicely served. The staff were all very helpful & cheerful.

Convenient location just off the autoroute for an overnight stop with safe, free parking. Efficient and welcoming with friendly staff. Generous check-in and check-out times. Restaurant has good food, excellent value and serving until 10pm. Can get take-out beer, wine etc. Kettle in room with necessary items for tea and coffee -bring your own milk if you like fresh milk although I expect the kitchen would provide some. A very comfortable, firm mattress. Bath and shower with lots of hot water. Just exactly what we need for a perfect overnight stop.

One bedside light was working and I should have reported it but forgot.

Staff were not overly helpful, they made no allowances for our limited French and spoke quickly and did not clarify what they had said. One did switch to some English, but we do not usually find that necessary. The bed was very hard. Restaurant was convenient but limited and overpriced.

the bed was horrendous. springs coming through . we were unable to sleep and we were both pleased to get up and leave. heater in the room was extremely noisy. it was a room not conducive to sleep!

Staff are always pleasant and try to be efficient. Restaurant is good.

The hotel is dated and tired, now overpriced in my opinion. The rooms require a complete refurbishment. I have stayed here a few times now because it's so convenient for a break in travel to & from the ferry or tunnel and for one night it's acceptable because of the onsite restaurant but I chose a different hotel for my latest stay at less cost and much better facilities.
