Spa facilities we're great 👍. Breakfast was nice 😋. Smart Hotel.

Found the mattress to be a bit hard for our liking / preference. Only 1 dressing gown was in for our arrival. Had to track a cleaner down to get another 1. Booked and paid in full via booking.Com, on arrival, we paid for 4 breakfast, went to our room, and checked our bank they had also taken payment for the full 2 night break. We had to phone home to get some money transferred as they emptied our bank. Didn't expect things like this in a 5-star hotel.

The hotel is very clean. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is lovely.

Room Service Breakfast was exceptional but some foods need a label Spa and gym included and were very nice

Great location. Great food. Great bath. Comfy beds and douvet.

Staff don’t engage. Sometimes hurried or gruff. Some stars stood out. Room was small and really needed an arm chair or sofa…

The property was well situated, very quiet, room was spacious.

The shower head was fixed and the layout made it difficult to shower without getting the whole floor very wet.

Breakfast too expensive £29 pp never known anywhere to be this expensive hence we went to Wetherspoons!

It’s a beautiful hotel with a lovely reception area, restaurant/bar and pool/gym/spa. The room was spacious and well equipped, we also had a lovely view. Our favourite part was definitely the pool, you have to book a slot and get supplied with a towel, robe and slippers which we loved! It was so relaxing and aesthetically pleasing! The location is very central and lots of things within walking distance.

Everything was great, the only thing was that there were no blinds on our room window, only curtains. This let a lot of light in and disturbed our sleep! Good job we wanted to be up early ish anyways.

The property is really in a good location for bars and many restaurants for meals , is clean and well presented

No car parking so moving luggage and laptop bags is an issue. No business centre to print or have some quiet space outside of your room to work with colleagues. However, a staff member let us into the library bar for an hour before opening which was perfect.

Really good hotel. Was able to check in early and comfortable room. Spa was lovely and great massages. Hotel restaurant was great and breakfast was also great selection. No issues at all

The hotel is in a great location, clean, big, great facilities, friendly staff, nice places to take pictures, great breakfast, comfy bed and nice powerful shower

- The tv is in an awkward position in one side of the room on top of a chest of drawers which eventually hurts your neck. - My room key didn’t work 4 times which meant that I went all the way to the 7th floor, realised it doesn’t work again and had to come all the way back down. - No one to help you take your luggage to your room. I stayed 2 nights and my room didn’t get cleaned even though I had the service light on. I then had someone come to my door at 7:30pm (after I had been out all day and my room was empty and could have been cleaned in that time) asking if they can clean the room.

The hotel is in an amazing building and the ground floor is quite spectacular. We were upgraded to a premium room which was very nice if a bit generic; it felt a bit too business like. The hotel is right in the centre of Manchester so is ideally placed for all the shops, art galleries, museums etc.

No biscuits with the tea and coffee in the room! The bar stopped serving at 10.15, we were only just in time to get a drink. This seems very early for a hotel bar.

The room was very spacious, king sized bed, bath and shower which is great as we love both a bath and shower, black out blinds and the room felt clean. We slept well and liked that we couldn’t hear any noise from any other quests in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The entrance lobby was beautiful and very grand, it felt cosy and inviting, a beautiful building. The hotel is in a great location, everything we wanted to see was in a reasonable walking distance.

If we had to be picky, we thought the room would be more modern (decor wise) but only a minor point in the grand scheme of things.

I loved the location, the food, drinks and atmosphere in Peter st kitchen and the library bar and also the breakfast! The spa was lovely too.

Very loudy nights during weekends. Party at the one flours with very loud music. During this nights it was hard to sleep. This is not good place to sleep well.
