We stayed for a week at this splendid hotel in the heart of Beijing. Everything was simply perfect, with rooms equipped with air conditioning and all the comforts. The staff was always kind and helpful, truly providing top-level guest treatment. The location of the hotel is definitely one of the main perks, as the main attractions can be reached in a short time and the area is very well connected by public transport. The breakfast is excellent, a buffet of always fresh foods and delicious preparations, from traditional dishes to international cuisine classics. We definitely recommend this hotel and will surely return on our next trip.

Location is excellent. Very clean.

The breakfast fee on booking.com is misleading. The advertisement clearly says breakfast is included. When we were check in and found out the kid is not included. We don’t like this kind of surprises. Staff asked us to contact booking.com which was hard to do when we are overseas.

Instalaciones muy buenas, la habitación espectacular, cómodo y el baño muy bien equipado. El personal en general atento y profesional en especial Luna , muy simpática además. Bien ubicado, metro cerca y sitios de interés.

The staff was super nice and always tried to help us. Also the breakfast was really good and they have a great chinese restaurant. The room we had was spacious and the experience was all in all great.

礼宾部的豆豆等他们所有小伙子给我们留下深刻印象，友善，豁达，不卑不亢，有问必答，有求必应，帮助我们解决了很多难题。外国人在中国支付消费问题非常突出，很多地方不收现金和不能使用中国工商行银联卡刷卡，经常让我们孤立无援。豆豆他们挺身而出的行为让我们感动。在此谢谢你们。

当客人在天伦王朝遇到困难需要帮助时，天伦王朝的前台服务员和领导层是绝不会伸出数钱的手拉你一把。 2024年3月23号我们来到天伦王朝，最显眼的就是墙上挂着一个5星级的大牌子，牌子下边的前台站着一群看着极不友善服务员，他们露出像刀一样的眼神，零下30度表情，还当着我们面围在一起窃窃私语，好像我们是来搞破坏的。尤其两个40岁左右的男人，显然是前台的头，他们天天绷着脸，好像家里死了人，给人一种极不舒服的感觉。天伦王朝除了那块5星级的牌子，几乎和松鹤一样，破旧的房间，房间比想象的小，到处飘着陈旧的味道，7天后换的房间才是新装修的。 天伦王朝最缺的是人味儿，一种顾客至上，为顾客排忧解难的职业精神。经营五星级酒店不只是收收钱，如果前台所有的员工能像礼宾部的豆豆和他所有的小伙伴一样敬业，对待客人像家人，有问必答，有求必应，天伦王朝绝不会只剩下那块落满灰尘的5星级牌子。我强烈建议中国有关部门彻查北京地区所有5星级酒店的实际运营情况，根据实际表现重新评级。北京五星级酒店除了价格世界第一，所有酒店普遍存设备破旧不堪，磨损严重的家具就像老虎用过的一样，淋浴设备难用，睡出人形的床垫子，地毯磨的都快开出樱花。 天伦王朝前台服务员工作质量极差，待人不友善，居然还舔着脸拿出一张为他们写好评的纸，强迫我们为他们点赞。天伦前台跟万达酒店前台服务相比，几乎是天壤之别。我给万达酒店前台打一个电话，只需一分钟就能完成我们的需求，可天伦王朝却是个创造奇迹的铺子儿。因我们续租需要搬到新装修的房间，我太太8点钟去前台办手续，一位半死不活女服务员说：40分钟后给你回复，结果是等了四个半小时。我太太再去前台催问时，以“老男”人为首的，又当着我太太面围在一起窃窃私语，眼睛里贼光乱闪。四个半小时后，前台居然连我们要住的房间号都不知道。能雇这种烂人的该店总经理与他们必属同类。 我是北京出生并长大的北京人，68岁，属呼吸系统特别敏感的人，因不适应中国主要城市重度空气污染常态化，哮喘病复发，几乎不能行走，不能平卧睡觉，只能坐在小沙发上休息。因换的新房里没有小沙发，我太太请求他们找一个简易小沙发。一个五星级酒店，不停的举办各类会议，还有酒店的办公室居然找不出一个带扶手的简易沙发让我度过难关。大家看看什么的人才能送这样一把（下图）破椅子给一位68岁患有严重哮喘病的老人休息用。我在这张椅子上坐了7天7夜，痛苦至极。我决定搬到希尔顿酒店去。五星级酒店的牌子，三星级的房间及家具配置和服务；不推荐此酒店。

Perfekte Lage, an der schicken Fussgaengerzone. 20 Min zur verbotenen Stadt, 4 km nördlich der eine Tempel, 4 km südlich der andere. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, kann ich empfehlen.
