Clean, comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Nice location. Can't comment on breakfast etc., as I decided I wasn't prepared to pay £20 and went out instead.
The parking is confusing. We parked in the carpark outside the hotel, only to find it's nothing to do with the hotel and had to pay immediately, and then had to move the car to another carpark around the corner with which the hotel have a deal. This worked out at £11 for 24 hours, which I suppose isn't bad. It was a couple of hundred yards away, which might be a pain if you don't have bags with wheels.

The location was great - breakfast was really good. It was clean and the bed was really comfortable
Now this may be minor to some - we came away to see a comedian but booked 2 nights as we just wanted to get away - we like sometimes to just go away snuggle in bed and watch movies - we take our firestick with us - it was perfect as it was raining for 24hrs - got there and Smart tv great - alas not because they said they were updating their WiFi and the tv wasn’t connected - we couldn’t get our firestick to connect - went to ask staff and were told you have access to the regular channels! It wasn’t a cheap hotel and for us this was a big deal and we wouldn’t have opted to stay there. WiFi worked perfectly in our rooms on our phones so not sure why it didn’t connect to tv!
For us this was really a deal breaker

Location was excellent. Views great. Foyer was not welcoming. Flat. No height. No statement. I would say the foyer was a good reflection on our stay.
The cooked breakfast was dire. There was no taste. It would have been difficult to differentiate between the beans, mushrooms, and egg as to flavour. The coffee was harsh. I couldn’t tell if it was the bean or the blend but either way it was pretty poor. The presentation was too stark and almost like a basic canteen set up.

Situated perfectly for us to eat out, shop, parking very handy next door, room was lovely, comfortable and well presented!
We had one small issue with the TV but this was shared with reception who were very helpful

The room was spotlessly clean. I loved the big desk. The bathroom was well equipped. You lack hot chocolate for those of us who don't drink tea and coffee. You did not provide a notepad and pen, always essential.

All the staff we dealt with were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good choice of hot and cold food for breakfast. As, I believe, there were not many people staying on the Bank Holiday Monday night, there was no hot food put out Tuesday morning BUT the staff cooked you anything you wanted. The Imperial War Museum North was close by and the Metro station Media City UK is a few minutes from the hotel enabling a convenient way to get into the city by tram. Did not see many restaurants nearby but there is one in house and also a bar that serves snacks.
This may have been a misunderstanding but our room did not get serviced after the second night there.
So called background music in the breakfast room wasn't far enough in the background.

The room was good. Clean spacious and had everything I needed. Clean bathroom, Comfy bed. Good mirror by the window so I could see properly and dry my hair. Parking round the corner. Easy to walk to the cricket. Staff very friendly and price good.

When I checked out at 6am on the 23rd, the front desk staff told me that I had been “undercharged” by £80 when I checked in on the 19th and paid in full. I refused to pay this and the staff did not further contest it. This was clearly an attempt to get extra money by the front desk staff on duty that day.

it was easy to get to via tram from the train station. it was the perfect location for the coronation street tour we had booked. loved the mini fridge. the room had everything we need for a comfortable stay, especially the aircon!

Great reception staff from the go and even won 2 free drink after we had checked in and given ponchos as the weather was on and off rain.
Breakfast staff were great and really look after use and even got my daughter her favourite breakfast (pancakes)
Rooms were clean and great selection for breakfast.
Will definitely come back !

Room was spacious, clean. We had a twin beds plenty space for two people and lovely work desk. Only regular tea no herbal, and only one biscuit for a twin room we weren’t going to share a biscuit
No USB ports in the room lots of plug outlets but no usb I don’t travel with a adapter as nearly all hotels have USB ports . No smiles or nods from staff a bit staid really.

Ideal location for the Lowry. Large room with a good view. Comfortable and clean. Great selection of breakfast items. Everyone very friendly.
Extractor fan in the room was noisy, and initially I found it hard to sleep with this noise.
Restaurant expensive, and the prices don't include VAT.
