Μικρό δωμάτιο. Δεν μας δόθηκε διπλό κρεβάτι που ζητήσαμε και ούτε ικανοποιήθηκε το αίτημα μας για διπλό ενιαίο σκέπασμα. Οι σερβιτόροι καθαρίζοντας τα τραπέζια, έριχναν στο δάπεδο τα ψίχουλα μπροστά στους πελάτες.

Loved the hotel room, small but very functional and comfy. The bathroom was very functional and clean.

Pillows (very flat pillows, although this is more of a personal issue. I have a neck problem and usually have this problem everywhere) Noise coming from outside, since my room was in the direction of the main street. However, it wasn't that much annoying.

The location of the hotel is really good and convenient. The size of the room is also sufficient, everything you need is also present in the room. Breakfast is quite varied.

1.A tuft of black hair was found in the toilet, indicating poor cleaning, and it was very unpleasant to look at. 2.The toilet is separated from the bath by a small leaky door, and the bathroom is not separated from the room itself by anything, which is also not very convenient. 3. On the day of leaving , even before the checkout time, the cleaning lady came to us when we were in bed. She knocked once and immediately opened the door, we did not even have time to answer anything, which is also unacceptable in a good hotel. We were late with the checkout and call the reception to warn that we need another 15 minutes. After that, without any knock on the door, a staff comes in, my lady is undressed and forced to hide behind the wall. The staff said that he needs to check the minibar, we said that the lady is not dressed in the room and you cannot come in, to which in response he said that he just needs to check the minibar, i.e. he intends to come in anyway, although he was told that the lady is not dressed , only after 3 phrases that he cannot enter, he left the room. This is absolutely disgusting staff behavior, and I just don’t understand how this is possible. This is total disrespect for guests, and such employees have no place in the guest service industry. We were very disappointed.

the ac in our room didnt work. i talked to the front desk 2 times and nothing happend although they said it was fixed. poorly handled by the staff

Location was excellent, central and close to travel centre. Room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. Wi-Fi was strong and easy to connect to.

It took a while to check in as the receptionist stated that there was an error with the way the rooms and breakfast had been booked. Air conditioning was not cold, Air was flowing, but it was noticeably cooler in the corridor. we notified reception the following day, and they sent someone to clean the vent. there was no change, we had booked two rooms and both were the same. The nights were not very comfortable, and whilst it was cooler to open the window, there was a lot of traffic and siren noise from the main road outside. The worst experience was two days into our four day stay. when attending breakfast, staff told us we were only 3 people and not 4 for breakfast. They let us through and said they would check again, then midway approached my 18 year old daughter and told her she had to pay for the extra person! This was upsetting and spoiled our morning, I went to reception, who checked the system and confirmed we were booked for 4 people for breakfast. No apology was offered and the following morning the same woman at breakfast just said no problem today. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my 40+ years visiting hotels.

Very good breakfast and dinner with helpful staff. Close to buses, trams and restaurants. I asked for top floor room and was given what I requested. Very busy hotel must be well regarded.

Toilet stopped working on my 5th day, they changed the room but heating system of the new room was completely down. I called them and they said there is no technical guy available at the moment. on day 6, internet was completely disconnected and was not connected till the end of my stay.

A good location near to the station and hotel was clean and modern.

The room was very cold with the heating set on its highest level and there was a lot of road noise throughout the night. The boardroom upgrade was not worth it as there was a very limited selection of snacks.

TV didn’t work. technician only comes in at 10am! plus the wire was loose on the Light by bed, dangerous! no drawers for clothes.

I went there to enjoy sauna after the long day, but it was out of order and no-one informed.

The location is very convenient: close to basically all the public transports you need to visit every spot of the city. A few restaurants are at hand like a couple of 24/7 store.

The rooms are somewhat small. You don't have a real desk for working. Restaurant closes at 10pm.
