The location is great, we choose to stay here for the location and the size of the rooms.

The staffs and the manager had been very arrogant and did not try to address our issues, and kept talking about payment only and said booking.com is a online unsecured booking website and we did not take payment from guest through the website so we need you to make payment every day night before 10pm so they kept asking us to make the payment only ( at night 10.10pm the manager called our mobile number about our review )rather than addressing the issue immediately also the manager Mr Vijay spoke arrogantly and did not even for a courtesy come and check the room aircondition which was leaking water the whole night and i slept sweating the whole night and also the cleanliness of the hotel bathroom sucks. I have stayed here for more than 11 times in this 7months of 2022 and everytime I have faced aircondition problem,they have simply changed our rooms for us every time we travel down and stay here rather than fixing the Aircon,. this time the new manager Mr Vijay did not even call to apologise for the issues, and just blamed us as customer and said he wouldn't take our booking this is not a way to talk to a guest who arrived from Singapore, definitely this person isn't supposed to be a manager as he doesnt even know to handle or communicate to a customer at any means.not worth the money to stay here. Definitely not a star rating.
