Great location near sanctuary and bus station, helpful staff, very clean, we had all we needed in the room too, room size was also comfortable

The staff are absolutely incredible, so friendly, helpful and accommodating. When they heard we were from Canada, they brought us the English guides and jumped into English very quickly. Being able to check-in later than we had originally though (10pm instead of 7pm) went incredibly smoothly, and we were told we could have checked in even later if we had needed to. The location is impeccable, the breakfast was really good (lots of coffee, cold and hot breakfast options), and free parking!

The beds were not comfortable and very hard unfortunately, but the pillows, sheets and blankets were good. The drains felt kind of plugged up and weren't draining fast. I was worried about flooding the bathroom during my less than 10 minute shower so I turned the tap off during the shower when I could to prevent that. Same thing with the sinks.

The location is super. Near to santuary and 5mins walking to the bus terminal, which is very convenience for us as we didnt drive. The breakfast is simple buffet but we love it. We got everything we need for our breakfast. Bread, cheese, ham, fresh fruits etc

Very clean, great location - close to the Shrine, very helpful staff; great selection at breakfast

Very clean. Well organised. They also arrange for pick up to go to coin caves directly from the hotel. Nice breakfast and lunch buffet.

Room. Room with communication to another. Very quiet and big. Very comfortable for a couple and 2 teenagers.

It is not that I do not like; but I think that it’s possible to be better improving: access to parking lot and breakfast.
