They got us in with short notice.

Terrible pillows and beds. Also you can’t eat in their restaurant for any meal unless you have prior reservations.

Staff is really helpful with Chinese speaking. Room is big and clean with new renovation. Balcony can view mountain Fuji directly. Worth to stay.

Spacious room with an amazing view from the balcony and the windows. There were a lot of other people staying in the hotel, but the insulation was good enough that we didn't hear them. The hotel shuttle service was great, but be careful to check the times of service, the staff were also able to order a taxi for us.

We were very jet lagged and would like to have eaten in the hotel restaurant, but the staff told us it was full and didn't offer any alternative suggestions.

I like the size of the room

It would be nice if hotel staff could tell us about the dinner course so we can have free options to add more or something else

This is an incredibly comfortable hotel with an amazing view of Mt Fuji. There is a shuttle bus you can call from the station to come and pick you up after 3 and it runs every 30 minutes 8am-11am and 3pm- 10pm (check times with the hotel). I recommend using this service as it is quite a way from the main town, about 15-20 minutes walk. I would also recommend booking for dinner and breakfast. Dinner is a traditional Kaiseki Japanese meal which is superb and breakfast is hearty. There isn’t really anything around the hotel to go for a meal The onsen is fabulous after a hectic day. The hotel staff are superb and very helpful.

Clean, comfortable and roomy. We were there for Ultra Trail Mt Fuji and the hotel was very well located.

Amazing views, loved the onsen, hotel shuttle is great and the staff are lovely - would recommend!!

Far away from the station, hotel doesn't store the luggage once guest checked out.

The room was spacious, comfortable, had a mini fridge, had a balcony with clear view of Mount Fuji. The hotel had vending machines, public onsen divided for women and men.

The restaurant was not available at the time so we had a hard time getting breakfast because stores opened at 10-11 am. But the stay is great, you can get some breakfast sandwiches at the nearest family mart. The Air Conditioning ducts had little fungus, something definitely to check.
