The hotel was very pleasing to the eye. The room was nicely laid out with lifts available for the upper level. The hotel was accessible and very welcoming. The breakfast set up was really nice and the food very inviting.

A walk-in shower rather than one which meant climbing into a bath first. Although, I did ask whether a room with disabled access was available, to which I didn't receive a response.

Prices of drinks are very expensive , and snacks was very expensive asked for late check out and was woken up at 10.30 so a little disappointing but the hotel and staff was very friendly

The cleanliness of the bathroom and blocked drain, so the shower water backed up and flooded the bathroom floor.

Facilities poor. No usb point in room. Poor communication. Paid in advance for breakfast when booking in but questioned at breakfast so had to show my payment taken from bank on my bank account app.

Absolutely amazing room. Staff were really friendly. Great location, easy to find. The breakfast was lovely. Easy to park. Beautiful rooms. The shower was to die for. I also made a romantic request and the hotel were happy to oblige and was so much better than I'd imagined. Easy check in and check out. The place is fancy and at a very reasonable price.

the exterior look in a lovely parkland setting excellent spacious entrance foyer and common use facilities - general toilet, bar/restaurant

rooms are fairly basic - one small thing really annoyed me; the “electric kettle box” t bag/coffee drawer in my Room 130 didn’t have a handle - had to remove kettle and tip whole box forward to make drawer door slide open to access contents.

I travelled with my son who had had a knee operation a few days before and the hotel has arranged for an easy access room. The whole hotel was spotless and the staff extremely welcoming. My new go to hotel in Nottingham
