I got an opportunity to meet Mr. Manohar (HOD Housekeeping) at the GYM. While having a conversation with him, I just mentioned if i could have the bubble bath and bath salt in my room so that I could enjoy a nice soak post my workouts. To my surprise, I did not only get them, but he made an arrangement that the bathtub was filled up for my bubble bath and relaxing soak with just right temperature of water. This was overwhelming and my special moment during my stay. Also there were many other addons like fresh fruits , chocolates , cookies etc. were always present in my room other than the usual facility. I really appreciate all the efforts and conviction to serve better of Mr. Manohar and entire hotel management. what else would one ask for. I was taken care of absolutely great.

There needs to be surely improvement in the Gym equipment. A multi-trainer should be added.

酒店對面都是名品店，所以應該是位在海德拉巴市的高級地區。前台服務人員都很熱情，有問必答，需要的協助都立即提供，例如：如何叫三輪嘟嘟車逛市區﹑去哪裡買物美價廉的好物等。整個酒店設計很精美又有品味，建材一看就是五星級酒店的等級，連大廳的公共洗手間也不例外。入住的隔天正好是印度傳統節日，大廳也相應做節日佈置，非常有文化氣息和人情味。因為回程航班在半夜，前台服務人員同意我們延後至下午三點退房（本來是12點），我們寄放行李後又去街上逛了一下，傍晚回到酒店非常寬敞的大廳，叫一杯現打果汁在角落的沙發座好好休息並靜坐，享受那裡的寧靜和空間之美，再慢慢出發前往機場，這也是入住這家酒店的美好體驗之一。

入住後正好是我們的靜坐時間，所以便開始靜坐。不料，被打擾了兩次，都是服務員送免費的點心來。第一位按鈴，我們沒回應，他便開門了。然後，他建議我們掛上「請勿打擾」的牌子。第二位來的時候，因為我把門鈴設為勿擾，所以他敲門。我們沒回應，他還是開門進來了。送上精美甜點後離去。我還是覺得，服務員不管什麼情況，只要屋內沒有人回應，都不應開門進入，以示尊重。他們可以留言，我們得空再跟他們連絡。這種被人闖入的經驗，在五星級酒店發生，真的不太好。隔天到前台時，也向接待人員反應了，他們立刻表示會改善。此外，門上「請勿打擾」的掛牌做的有點小家子氣，很小﹑很輕，且動不動就掉地上，不太好用。建議應該改善。最不能接受的，是入住當天，進酒店還要把隨身包及所有行李放到X-光掃瞄機上安檢！這是一輩子裡第一次住到行李要過安檢的酒店！太奇怪了！印度的高級酒店都這樣嗎？而且之後每次外出再回酒店，也都要被檢查，連出示房號卡也不行。真不知是太照顧客人的安全了，還是太擔心客人帶了危險物品進酒店.....

Located in good location. Looks luxurious but attitude of staff is not upto the mark

Particularly room dinning and bar tenders are below the standard and must be corrected and should be well trained

Its like a very dark and Cold place....:)
