The Villa was huge for 5 of us. Based over 3 floors we each had a bathroom with shower. It had all the cooking facilities and also a washer and dishwasher. The pool was rarely used by the other villas, some of which appear to be privately owned by locals so it was great to have it to ourselves pretty much all the time . We could also make use of the larger pool in the main hotel which was an added bonus. It was a 10 min walk to the main beach, restaurants and bars but some of the nicest restaurants were in the opposite direction. Try the Secret Garden. Perfectly placed to catch the Dolmus bus which gets you to Fethiye and beyond. Also Close is the water taxi if you prefer the scenic route. The water park close by looks a bit run down but we had the best day there and was so much better than the ORKA fancy one in Fethiye. Try the Jeep safari which is one big water fight from beginning to end. The manager was a lovely man who was very warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Some areas of the Villa need attention, however the owner was very attentive and helpful. There were a lot of ants around the bottom balcony which I think would be helped if all the ivy was removed. It looks a little untidy outside.

Very nice pool area. The hotel is far from the center of Fethiye but is in the nice Çalis beach area. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Individual rooms are overpriced for the level of comfort they provide and some amenities feel poorly maintained. Such as a leaking shower cubicle that floods the bathroom or broken shower heads.

Very helpful and friendly owner and staff. Stayed here a few times now and always treated like friends or family.Perfect location away from busy street with easy access to amenities.. Rooms basic and clean, perfect for our needs.

a bit far from town

This is a lovely place that deserves a 10. The only reason I don't give a 10 is because the inside rooms need a little update as well as the breakfast utensils, but overall I love it, the swimming pool , the location and the staff is a 11 for me, so this is a lovely place to be with the family close to everything but yet far enough to have peacefully holiday 😊 ❤️

1-Very thin walls you can literally hear all moves and noises from neighbors, if you are a light sleeper you will suffer specially from the green light facing the room windows 2- the dog that keeps barking in the night 3- same breakfast every day which was also not covered from flies 4- could be useful to add water bottles in the room 5- the shower needed some fixing as it keeps moving upwards!

Lovely family run aparthotel. Our family apartment had two huge rooms, one of which had a large well equipped kitchen with a washing machine. There was also a lovely sitting out area, and a nice little pool at the back of the main building. It's not top luxury, but everywhere is clean and spacious, and it offers a great value option. Calis beach and lots of good restaurants and shops are a 5/10 minute walk away and a great little water park is just around the corner. My daughter left her hat behind when we left Dove, and the management were so kind as to send it on by tracked mail with no fuss at all!

The food served in hotel was very good, no problem with parking, the beach and supermarket were close, staff was helpful and nice

the hotel is located in a quiet area. the rooms are clean and have a kitchen and terrace. It was clean and comfy. breakfast included in the price which is served in the pool area. Good value for money

great property- it is a bit far from Fethiye BUT it is value for money and it just takes a 30min water taxi to Fethiye main - lovely shops and restaurants close by in walking distance- we liked that the area was very English as we are English - staff were great

location not bad but not what we expected

Really laid back chill hotel- just what I needed and such a great location a few minutes from the beach- I didn't swim as it was Feb but it's lovely to have a walk along it and look at the ocean. And very close to Yerguzlar Cd which has lots of great places to eat and lots of dentists! They hire out bikes for a cheap rate if you need and were very kind and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!.

Hamish, the manager. He is a really nice person. Very friendly and always ready to help with anything. He even arranged the best paragliding for us in Fethiye. My family and I ended up having long conversations with him 🙂 Also the other person (we used to call him 'the army guy') is nice too. The breakfast. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The cute doggo in the lobby. The location (just a few meters from Calis beach) In short, EVERYTHING!

moldy shower and bathroom ceiling, dust you can measure on lamp, wardrobe, on climate. Breakfast 7days the same served on 2 plates. Changing towels and cleaning only on request. Do not know, who could give them reference 8,6...big lie. The worst thing booking does not give option to chose other accomodation when you are in Turkey, so when you chose wrong, you will stay on your own.

Nice hotel within walking distance to the sea. Very helpful and hospitable staff. Good breakfast

Because of time of year the pool was freezing but the weather was great.

Bed was nice and comfortable with some good pillows. The owner was very friendly and helpful and most welcoming. I had my girlfriend come out for the middle section of my stay last minute and the owner was very welcoming to her and gave me a great price for the additional person at breakfast. The shower head holder was broken when I arrived which for some reason I just accepted for a few days and held it myself. One evening I was chatting to the owner and mentioned it and it was fixed by the next day. Really happy with how promptly he did it. Great location too! Would stay again!
