Centrally located apartment 5 mins uphill from Rossio Square. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Raphaella was very helpful

Very steep hill to get to the apartment. Only one toilet roll provided for 3 nights.

The place is great value for the price, everything is clean and it’s very spacious.

Our host met us and was extremely helpful getting our luggage up the hill to the property and inside. She was also responsive to questions during our stay and also VERY helpful when we locked our keys inside! The location is really close to many squares and popular Lisbon locations if you don't mind walking. The apartment was spacious and we appreciated use of Netflix. We had plenty of towels and appreciated the washing machine / drying rack. Great that there was Air Con.

The pictures don't tell you that the apartment is in a very narrow street and taxi drivers did not try to drive it. Therefore, access was tricky. We also found the kitchen and bathrooms very shabby and in need of updating. The apartment was dark and the lights in the kitchen especially were very dim so hard to see to cook. At the time we stayed (Aug 2022) the building opposite was a building site so very noisy and dusty which meant we had to keep windows / balcony doors shut most of the time. This was not the fault of the host though.

Very spacious, we loved the huge table in the diningroom, the dishwasher and the two bathrooms. We asked for a babybed and it was waiting for us at arrival. We left our luggage after checkout, great!

It is situated in a little bit shabby neighbourhood, and an intense walk uphill, but very centrally located.

+ Good location as also close to Metro stations + Big house with 3 rooms and 2 bathroom and even separate dining room. + All kitchen stuff was enough and working properly. (Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge etc.) + There is a big supermarket in close + Check-in was easy and fast. She reach out from morning to secure. + Bathrooms are fine and hot water is well. + Even possible to leave luggage after check-out.

- Wireless connection is so bad in apartment. Not stable and not able to connect. - Home smells moisture. - One of the air-conditioning was dropping water thus we couldn't use it during stay. - To reach out the apartment you need to use a long stairs or hill from street. - Even we didn't have any issue the apartment area doesn't feel secure at night time.

Big apartment in a great location, 2 minutes from Rossio Square. Spacious, well equipped, 3 big rooms, two bathrooms, of which one is private and a big dining room, we were 3 adults, but even 6 adults can stay in comfort. The managing company is very good, our host Refaela was excellent, and they have the facility to leave the luggage after check out.

Nice place to rest, big rooms. I recommend this place for all who want to travel to many place in Lisboa. Localization was perfect.

Smell on corridor - little bit unwholesome

Huge flat for families close to city center. Very nice and responsive owner. Good value forr money.

One room is without windows.

The place was clean and neat and very welcoming. An older apartment that has been thoughtfully re-done. Very comfortable to stay in although a few more relaxing chairs in the living room would have been nice. Good wifi. Adequately equipped kitchen. Very nice and sunny morning/dining room. All bedrooms and baths as promised. Location was both great and not. 5 min walk down to Rossio but more like 10 min walk back up. All depends on your tolerance for hill-walking. Easy access from the airport.

I wish we had been explicitly told about the extra, late-arrival fee that was due on arrival as well as the extra per-person per-day fee that was due. That was rather alot of cash to have to hand over unexpectedly the night we got there. The neighborhood, while not dangerous feeling, is definitely not the fancy part of town. We had to walk by some questionable looking streets to get to ours. Also, like most of Lisbon, access is straight up. This place is not for people with any kind of difficulty walking.

The location was good and the apartment was spacious.

The apartment was very humid. The beds were a little bit hard.
