Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Eine relativ einfache Wohnung, aber super im Zentrum und mit Aussicht auf den Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment was well equipped (including dishwasher and induction hob), very clean and seemed to be recently renovated. The host was very friendly and helpful, going well beyond our expectations. Huge advantage is a close proximity to the beach with allocated sun beds. We will definitely come back to this place when we visit Caorle next time.

Great location in Caorle, right next to beach, very close to city center and shops. Very clean appartment, good furnishing, new bathroom. Everything was taken care of, parking+beach site+washing/drying machine. Great warm showers when returning from beach. Air conditioning in every room.

Just minor things, could use small sofa in living room, but there would be problem with space. No balcony but overall accomodation is great.

Soggiorno Aurora is located at the front of the nice beach and seaside passage (lungomare) just a few minutes walk from the old town. Rooms and bathroom clean and nice. One umbrella and two sunbeds included in price, which was very comfortable. Great place if you stay most of your time outdoor, as we did, and only use place for sleeping.

+ ideal for families with small children ... not only next to the beach, but there is no road between facility an beach .. so you have no fear, when children go to beach and back ... and no night life events, so calm and quit place (still only 10 minutes from old town centre, with night life, shopping, ice creams, restaurants, family bikes rentals (for 3-7 persons) + 3 separate showers accesible on the base, with warm water , so you left all of sand an salt outside of you appartment + Appartment was almost new, kitchen has everything you have at home (induction cooking, cooler, fridge, dishwasher, dishes,etc.) + aircondition in every room ... + Host Luca live/work right in the facility, so when you come on check-in time, you will be in your room to 5minutes (handshake/ passsport check, 2 signs, and you are in + guided tour on appartment :-) ) ... + rooms are spacious enough , and kitchen/dinning is big also for 2+3 family ... ++ maybe first time, when we get exactly what is on images on booking (inside the appartment and also surroundings) .. - (just for info) there is nothing like chair or sofa for watching cartoons on siesta by children (LED TV has abbility for watching movies from USB )
