The location

This is a beautiful villa walking distance from Nai Harn beach and close to all the cafes/shops. The villa is very spacious, with lots of natural light and both bedrooms were immaculately clean and I loved the rain showerheads, really gets you in this “I’m on holiday”, tropical mood. I was most impressed with how clean the pool was, normally I wouldn’t step foot in pools as they are either dirty or full of chlorine, but this one was just perfect - very clean. We will definitely return!

Good villa near Nai Harn lake. After refreshing. All equipment inside. Quiet place. TV with sport channels. Manager Artur very helpful, always on connect 🙏

Large and spacious with good amenities.

Possibly only the location. There weren’t many shops within walking distance. Also during check-in, one of the rooms wasn’t ready for us. Apart from that everything was awesome.

Location was superb. The cleanliness and comfort was outstanding. Really well equipped and truly felt homey! Plus, lots of mirrors and natural light, which made it seem even more spacious!

Everything was GREAT! Every day we were swimming in the pool, eating seafood with the family and just having the time of our lives! The villa was truly amazing. We'll definitely come back again.

Clean large property. Easy to communicate with the owner.

Location far from shops or restraunts. We had a car but if you dont have one then you will be walking for long distance to get anywhere. To get to the shops is narrow roads with curves dangerous to walk. There was parking but the enterance was so narrow so if you have a 4x4 you need to be careful when getting in and out. Only good for small cars. You only get a limited electricity per day. Which is ridiculous. This needs to be highlighted when advertising. We went over so had to pay even thiugh we turned AC off when out dont no how it went over. Was not happy as property was expensive as it was. So expect to keep you AC off when going out. Found that terrible especially with kids. Plus locations far from everything. Nor is it good walking distance from beach. I wouldnt go back to this place nor would i recommend to anyone.
