Great place! So much better than other hostels I've swwn in Queenstown.

Two minor problems: The water temperature in the shower wasn't stable, and there wasn't enough air flow in the room since the windows could open just a little bit.

Shout out to the girl on reception she was super nice, very helpful and had great customer service! Not many hostels have that. Location was great (close to bus from the airport, supermarket and town centre). I really loved the penthouse apartment (will definitely come back and stay again). Pods were awesome, balcony was the best thing about the room, having the small kitchen was really good as well, bathrooms were next door to the room, now and then I had to wait for the larger bathroom but it was never to long. There was free parking and towels were provided. Communal areas were nice but didn't use them on this stay.

Nothing. You just have to hope you have nice considerate people sharing your room or it will take away from the experience.

the pod was great! the mattress was comfortable and I liked the fact I had a curtain and could use my light without disturbing anybody. location was excellent, and it was really clean.

The shower has almost no pressure, and switched to cold water randomly. I came out of it colder than I was to start with. I would have given the hostel an excellent rating of it wasn’t for the shower.

I stayed in the pods, which are super comfortable and quiet. The kitchen has everything one needs to make food and drinks, there is a comfy space to chill out both outside and inside the hostel, with a spectacular view. Super easy 2 min walk from the main bus stop in Queenstown (from the airport).

Friendly staff, fantastic location, great value for money, amazing outlook.

Location is excellent, close to city. Kitchen and facilities were great. Staff extremely helpful and responsive. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Price is also very affordable.

The shower pressure is very bad, to the point it only trickles a little water each time. The heatpump in the penthouse was also a bit noisy - the staff looked into getting someone to look at it though, it wasn't their fault the repairman wasn't available to fix it before we checked-out

Pods were super comfy + the location was great! They also provide extra storage for anything oversized (e.g. skis/snowboards etc) . I'm not sure if it's the same with the other dorm rooms, but mine had a bathroom in it which was really nice.

I don't think COVID protocols were really being followed. My friends had someone from their dorm room test positive for COVID and so they (my friends) ended up sleeping in the lounge room for the night. The COVID positive person was in + out of the dorm using the shared bathroom facilities and I don't think other people staying at the hostel were informed of this.

The curtains around the pod gave plenty of privacy when the curtain was closed, and good amount of secured storage in the room. Well planned out with power and USB points for each person as well
