My friends and I rented both suites. Wonderful location in historic Fredericksburg, within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The suites were beautifully stocked and furnished. Very nice to find bottled water, coffee and creamers waiting for us. We were on a 6-day motorcycle trip throughout the Texas Hill Country. This rental was indeed one of our favorites!!! Definitely recommend this place to stay for a group of friends!!!

We had a fabulous time! The suites were perfect for us and the balcony was amazing in the mornings and evenings to sit and relax. The only reason we wouldn't give it a 5 in rating is because for some of us the traffic noise was a bit much. As was the church bells - especially Sun morning. For some of us we enjoyed hearing that :-) Otherwise the stay was just perfect for us. Communication was great and it was easy to check in and out. Thanks again for having us!

Great location! Able to walk to stores, restaurants and bars! Would 100% recommend and stay here again!

This property is right on Main Street which made it easy to walk everywhere. Having two suites enabled the night owls and the morning people of the group to both be satisfied. We spent so much time on the patio-the weather was perfect! The units are very well stocked with starter supplies, extra pillows, extra blankets, so we did not need much. We were not bothered by noise from bars but be warned the church bells are brutal if you like to sleep in. Great weekend getaway!

We had a marvelous reunion with friends! We loved sharing living rooms from both apartments! We enjoyed the artwork and all the added touches of Christmas decor! We also loved having the kitty greet us on the balcony! One suggestion: Master Bedroom in Balcony suite REALLY needs window shades (not just blinds) because it’s like daylight at night!! The sink in bathroom leaks at the bottom of the faucet. Yes, we understand that it’s a lovely old building and the owners did a great job with the new furnishings and well stocked kitchen. We missed not having Kleenex boxes and you might mention they need more dishwasher pods. But overall it’s a great property and great location! The traffic noises of big trucks coming through town cannot be avoided but we still loved it!! I almost wish that complementary earplugs were provided!! Other b& b’s provide disposable ones. Ps the staff where we picked up our keys were super friendly!! Thank you again! We will recommend your property to friends!

It’s right within walking distance to everything. But note that you must haul your luggage up stairs. Pack accordingly. Balcony is great for sitting and sipping coffee in the morning.
