We needed to stop in Peterborough and this place did just fine.

Nothing that the hotel could manage but the reported presence of a Brown snake in the vicinity of the pool area prior to our arrival was a little concerning. That's the countryside for you.

We were welcomed by Karen who was exceptional. Her sense of customer care was beyond expectations.

room was well presented and as advertised restaurant was closed as chef was apparently on holidays but nobody bothered to tell us when we checked in so no evening meal available nor breakfast not even a continental breakfast was offered

Having to listen to a rowdy drunken group of people. Who were sitting outside our Family room until way after Midnight.

Ground level, park outside of room, super friendly staff, quiet location

Carpets and furniture were old and dirty/stained. Had a bad night's sleep not sure why, both of us kept waking up but wasn't noisy or anything.
