The property itself was beautiful and the rooms were luxurious. The cheese platter and glass of wine in the evening is definitely the highlight of our stay. Breakfast was lovely.

The room we were in didn’t have a full length mirror, and some glasses/tumbler to put makeup brushes and toothbrushes would have been good. I think the makeup pads should be removed from the bathroom (if you want to stay true to being environmentally friendly). If you are increasing any prices e.g late check out fee - it’s best to update it on all avenues (including your printed compendium, website etc) otherwise it’s just inconsistent. It’s also good business practice to honour what was originally quoted rather than quote new prices and to find it wasn’t updated everywhere else.

great rooms but the food was terrible if you don’t eat there and go to arrowtown for your meals you will love it. had the chefs dinner, do not recommend.

Stoneridge we decided to make our special accom for our wedding week away and so glad we did! From the gorgeous establishment to its lovely and caring staff. We oh so enjoyed ourselves! Thanks all!

We stayed at the retreat and the views of lake Hayes and the mountains were exceptional! The daily breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly!

the staff we’re all amazing, super cosy, and a style of home id life in. great views watching the slopes, the food was great, daily cheese and wine platter, even turned our sheets down before bed! rabbits everywhere at night and night sky amazing. thankyou

Breakfast was delicious and their staff provided an excellent service. We enjoyed meeting their staff - Simon, Thomas, Sally, Michelle and Sophie - they were so helpful and friendly and their service was impeccable. They provided cheese, wine and fruit platters and every night turned down the beds with a lovely chocolate on the pillows.

There wasn't anything I did not like - everything was superb!

Stoneridge is a beautiful estate and the room was comfortable, well equipped and private. Staff were super friendly, helpful and very accommodating. A marvelous place all round, was glad we chose to stay there.
