The room was excellent. It was like a one-bedroom apartment, with a small hallway, a bathroom, and a main room with a kitchenette in one corner with plenty of plates, etc. I only stayed one night but I can imagine comfortably staying in that room for a couple of weeks. I travelled on my bicycle (the region has great cycling paths). "U Dulika" provided a special room on the ground level where I could keep my bicycle safe under lock and key (and they gave me a key for the room) during the night. I happened to arrive early, around 12:00 noon. Early check-in was not a problem, and it was free. Also, considering my time of arrival, I had lunch at the restaurant "Verona" which, I believe, is run by the same people as "U Dulika". It was first-rate home cooking at an unbelievably low price. Many locals seemed to frequent the place at lunchtime.

There is no reception, nor is there a receptionist. Instead, you go next door, to the restaurant, and talk to the waitress. They only accept payment in cash and gave me an old-fashioned hand-written receipt slip. I found this approach somewhat antiquated in this day and age, to the point of making me a little uncomfortable at first. But I am reasonably sure there is nothing underhand about this place: it's just quaint when it comes to modern technology.

They ask for your arrival time and despite this none arrives to give you keys. You have to call them on the phone. Not every room has place to cook.

The location is excellent for the price. Two minutes away from a shopping mall and five minutes from everything else. I liked the convenience of the room; kitchen, microwave, fridge, private bathroom, private bathroom, etc. It had everything I needed as stated in the listing description.

The room was nice and well-equipped with a kitchenette. Owner was helpful. The penzion is in a good location not far from the centre and the river port.

The bed was not very comfortable.
