Our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was wonderful! Our host for breakfast (I cannot remember her name) was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Everything was very tasty. After getting past the construction, it was a nice walk to the historic square for sightseeing and meeting up with friends for dinner and drinks.

We had some difficulty actually getting to the location due to the roads around the B&B under construction.

Breakfast was amazing! The location was so convenient, and stunning. The room was beautiful with a very spacious bathroom and windows looking out into the historic street. Cannot recommend this B&B enough, the host was so welcoming and helpful - reaching out the day before to provide us all the details we needed for our stay.

Our stay at the White Queen B&B was very nice. The B&B was clean, breakfast was quite filling, the host was very friendly, and the location was close to everything. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed it to have.

As the B&B is in old building, you can pretty much hear everything. But this would not deter us from staying here again.

Really great communication with host all along our stay even before arriving. Facilities are clean and great attention for guests with flowers etc… they have a central heating and really pleasant to stay it was always like 20℃. Bed was really comfortable. There is apple tv in the room and wifi works great.

We stayed at « Deluxe Double room » (Number 4) and there are toilet and shower in the room separately but there is no door for toilet. This is maybe a concept of stylish design but it was difficult for a couple and we didn’t appreciate that. This is not the fault of the hotel but the road in front of is under construction. They started at 7h30 and it was really noisy. We couldn’t sleep enough…

The room was just like in the picture. It was very clean. The staff was great and gave us all the instructions for our arrival. The location was great, very close to the city center. The breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed our stay. I highly reccomend this place!

The White Queen B&B is a charming place with four rooms. The breakfast is very nice and the location very close to the center. The owners are friendly and care for their guests well.

Just having one pillow each was a little uncomfortable, but this was just a very minor inconvenience.

Very centrally located. The B&B was within walking distance of the historic center of Bruges - less than ten minutes by foot. Parking was easy and available at a nearby parking lot. The room was lovely - perfect size, perfect temperature, had that older charm with modern amenities. I particularly liked the rain faucet in the shower and how bright and airy the room was. Breakfast was amazing. I particularly loved the Christmas sugar cookies and the mini pancakes. Breakfast consisted of croissants with jam, marmalade and Nutella, freshly made mini pancakes, a meat and cheese plate, yogurt and fruit.

I liked everything about my stay here. There is nothing that I did not like.

The velux/window on the roof of the chamber (number 3) was not working, we were not able to close it and so the daylight was problematic during the morning.

B&B in an excellent location 10 minutes walk from the main square. Room spacious and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast fresh every morning was excellent. Highly recommended.

Room was a little small and the stairs were a little hard to navigate for us old folks.

The whole experience was overwhelmingly positive. We were upgraded to a larger room as it was vacant. The breakfast was good, and overall we were pleased with our stay.

We would have preferred to have been asked if we wanted the room cleaned part way through our stay, as we were a little taken aback when we returned to our room to find all our things moved.

I was kindly upgraded to the top floor suite and was delighted to find an absolutely gorgeous room, spacious, comfortable and charming. The decor is beautiful, it's immaculately clean, quiet, good hot shower and the lounge on the ground floor is also so stylish and welcoming. They even have an honesty bar! In the morning, I enjoyed a delightful breakfast with other guests, nespresso coffee, with beautiful flowers and candles. I felt like I was dining in a castle. The staff are very kind and I also rented a bike for 24 hours for 15 euros which was great to explore Bruges. The location is fantastic, only a short walk to the main square, but the neighbourhood streets are so quiet and quaint. It's probably the nicest bnb I have ever stayed at, and exceptional value. My cousin and his husband were staying in a more expensive hotel and visited me and raved about the White a queen in comparison. Don't hesitate to book here.

The only comment would be if you have any mobility issues or large luggage you would struggle with the very very steep traditional stairs but it was fine for me and carry-on. I didn't have a European SIM (IMPOSSIBLE to buy in Belgium) so when I buzzed the door to arrive, no one responded, then I got a voice message telling me to leave a mobile number and they would call me back. That wasn't an option so I just kept buzzing. Eventually someone let me in (I had been sent room number and key instructions). It was a bit frustrating and panicky but worked out ok. Couldn't get tv reception

Lovely BnB in the perfect location for Bruges. The room was big, cleaned immaculately every day and was gorgeously decorated. The breakfast was lovely too. Absolutely loved our stay here; we’re planning to return to Bruges to visit the Christmas markets next year and will definitely look to book here again
