I was so pleasantly surprised by Casa Cielo! Our booking with friends fell through at the last moment, and we booked Casa Cielo the night before. We were so glad we did! The room was gorgeous and modern with both a fan and A/C. The bed was comfortable, there was ample hot water, and the hotel dog (I believe his name was Chato) was adorable! Best yet was the breakfast on the terrace over-looking the lake. It was a whole 3 course affair! I highly recommend Casa Cielo to anyone looking for great bang for their buck in Valle.

The room itself was ok, but the breakfast was what made our stay memorable! The view from the rooftop is very nice and the people serving the breakfast are extremely friendly! So for this I would definitely recommend staying here. The location is also close to the 'centre'.

The hotel is next to the main road, so there's quite some traffic. The bigger cars passing by made our bed shake a bit, but we had no trouble sleeping though. The guy who did the check-in was not really friendly, especially for Mexican standards...

Staffs are very kind ! Especially, manager's warm-hearted consideration and the handling without formality let us feel close and more comfortable ! A very intelligence and very pretty dog had friendship with us, too. And then, breakfast was excellent !! So I'm sure to book again when I visit Valle de Bravo.

It was shame a little the room hasn't a refrigerator and a center table.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. By the time we arrived at hotel, the staff sent me a text on places that I have to visit during my stay at Valle de Bravo. Huge shout to Horacio who even took me to "El Molino" at the end of my stay. My room had a patio with partial view to the lake which is very great. One complaint, though: more amenities will make it perfect. I couldn't find a hairdryer and tissues which I think are pretty basic for a hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for us. A short, albeit hilly, walk into town. The rooms were very clean comfortable and modern.

The WIFI strength was weak in the furthest extremes of the room and there are quite a few stairs in the property although the staff provided assistance with the bags
