This place is an excellent budget option for Nairobi. It is in a quiet location with lovely gardens and grounds. The taxi service was exceptional and the hosts very friendly and helpful. Lovely fruit for breakfast in the garden. I would stay here again anytime. A very pleasant stay

The room was spacious and comfortable, unique decor, and lovely second story patio. Room was very clean, shower was great! Kitchen facilities very nice. The staff were very friendly.

The lodge is a bit far away from Nairobi but not too far. Arriving in the evening a little panel on the main road would been helpful. But it was a very nice spacious apartment in a very nice surroundings and in our apartment we had a great terrace. Service was all ok.

The place is stunning and clean. The bed was so comfatable and the place is very quiet . Lovely staff. Will be back again and I highly recommend 👌

lovely, clean room; quiet, private, retreat-like

I didn’t realize until I arrived how far it is from Karen, a 15 to 20 minute drive. The neighborhood wasn’t conducive to walking so I felt a bit isolated inside the walls of what felt like a retreat center.

The property is very big a and beautiful and the staff is attentive and helpful. The room was big and the bed huge. We also had breakfast and dinner there and the meals were really good.

The appartement was very specious and comfortable. They have good Wi-Fi. The garden is nice. My kids loved to pet the cats. The breakfast was good. The location is good to visit Karen Blixen museum and Giraffe Centre.

There were no chaneles on tv. It doesn't look safe to walk on street outside the hotel, but you can easily move around with Uber.

This property is beautiful and quintessential Africa. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Not all lights were working. Walls are thin and out neighbors were loud one night so that was frustrating. Water barely worked in the shower.

My wife and I were more comfortable here than anywhere in Kenya. A beautiful location, quiet, in the forest, away from the city, surrounded by green. The bed massive and comfortable, with a good mosquito net. Everything very clean and super comfortable. Our first night we hadn't arranged dinner, but when we asked, Sheila (the very competent and helpful staff member) came back to the place to cook for us, and I can't put into words how amazing her cooking was! AMAZING! Everyone here was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely return here if we come back to Kenya.

Everything was great. The chef in particular tried to meet our requests, since we don't eat meat, and she always prepared very tasty meals.

The only thing which could be improved is to put hangers and shelves in the bathrooms, Unfortunately they are quite small, but at least with hooks or similar it would be easier to find appropriate space for toiletries

Amazing place to stay, full of green all around. Very big location furnished with a typical African style. The hosts very very kind and flexible. They cooked dinner for us upon request and breakfast at 6.15 as we had planned a Safari very early in the morning. Fantastic people.
