It was a great time I had at the element, starting with your staffs who are highly knowledgeable , very friendly and helpful especially Maria who checked us in on the day we arrived and AJ who checked us out, the breakfast was very nice, all the staff were nice and polite. The whole place was super clean and welcoming, the rooms we stayed were all big and beds very comfortable. I would definitely recommend element Amsterdam for anyone that wants to visit Amsterdam 😊

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was amazing. Loved our room, the bed was very comfortable. Nice kitchen amenities. Close to grocery store was very helpful.

I don't like showers that I have to get wet before I have the water temperature how I like it. Also this style shower, while very common and popular, makes it hard to keep water off the floor.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Great service from Pansy and her team. The hotel is modern and very clean. Great Service and great location just above the shopping mall.

Moderne Ausstattung, gute Lage und nicht weit zum Metro Bahnhof Amsterdam Süd

Keine eigenen Parkplätze, man muss in der Tiefgarage vom Einkaufszentrum parken. 20€ pro Tag ist schon „gehoben“ und einen Hinweis darauf sucht man vergeblich auf der Homepage.

Lage des Hotels für sehr gut, ruhig, zentral. Zimmer sehr schön. Frühstück ausreichend. Auch für Sonderwünsche ist das Personal zugänglich. Wir hatten einen Geburtstag dabei.

El hotel es nuevo, la habitación era muy espaciosa para los 4. Todo el personal del hotel era encantador (especialmente la chica de la recepción que habla español), alquilamos bicicletas para los 4 allí mismo(Fue comodísimo y tenían también bici infantil) y todo fueron facilidades. Si no te parece mal no alojarte en el centro de Ámsterdam este hotel es perfecto porque está muy bien comunicado, entre el aeropuerto y el centro de la ciudad. Si coges el tren desde el Aeropuerto en solo 1 parada estás en el hotel. Desde el hotel al metro son 10 minutos andando por una zona muy agradable y segura y en otros 10 minutos llegas al centro sin necesidad de hacer trasbordo. A nosotros nos gusta siempre alojarnos en el centro pero viendo los precios de los hoteles del centro y lo viejillos que suelen ser, creemos que merece la pena alojarse aquí. Otra ventaja es que está al lado de un centro comercial con supermercados que abren hasta las 22h, varios días compramos comida hecha y cenamos tan agusto en ell hotel. Repetiría sin dudadarlo.

El desayuno estaba muy rico, pero nos pusieron lo mismo los 7 días, nosotros no lo vimos como algo negativo, pero es cierto que cambiar algún día algo se agradecería, pero estaba muy rico.

My only hesitation would be the 25 minute walk to the metro to get into central Amsterdam but as we’re used to lots of walking it was ok, if the weather had been wet it would’ve made it more difficult but we were lucky it was dry and sunny

Impossible d' augmenter le chauffage dans la chambre au-dessus d'un certain degré. Pas de renouvellement de produits d'hygiène pendant le séjour ( body lotion ,savon ) Frigo pas froid

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe eine Bushaltestelle gelegen und somit alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück hat einem gehobenen Standard in Europa entsprochen. Jegliche Anforderungen an das Personal wurden zur vollsten Zufriedenheit und mit einem Lächeln erledigt.

Udobna, nova in čista soba (studio). Zelo udobna postelja. Soba dobro opremljena, kuhalnik, aparat za kavo z brezplačnimi kapsulami, mikrovalovna pečica, celo pomivalni stroj. Sodoben, miren in tih hotel, prijazno osebje. 10 min hoje do metro postaje Zuid, blizu je tudi postaja tramvaja.

The location, the staff, room space and property facilities are great.

We had booked 3 nights. Every time we return back to the room after a long day of activities and sightseeing we stumbled upon the room that hadn’t been clean up and bed sheets and towels undone and unchanged. We needed every time in the evening to head back to the reception to ask for room to be done. After doing the room, we noticed that it hasn’t been taken fully care of: the floor and tables were still dirty.

Ontbijt, viel wat tegen. Voor een 4 sterren hotel was het een goed maar weinig uitgebreid ontbijt. Bijv twee verschillende soorten eigerechten . Als je iets anders wilde moest €7,50 bij betalen

الموقع كان بعيد عن السنتر تقريبا 5 كيلو بعيد عن الازعاج و هدوء و نظافة المنطقة و وجود مركز تجاري الفندق جزء منه و جود موقف سيارات داخل المول و قريب باب الفندق و من الساعة 7 مساءاً يوجد موقف خارج المول بدون رسوم لغاية الساعة 0900 صباحاً و وجود 3 مصاعد و جود تنظيف يومي بدون رسوم وجود مطاعم في المول و جول طباخ كهربائي و ثلاجه و أدوات طبخ بسيطة و جود كوايه الحمام ممتاز

عدم وجود غسالة الفطور في مطعم غير متنوع بعد الفندق عن محطات المترو و الباصات

New hotel that is excellent in design and conveniently situated in a mall.

The location was more in the business side of Amsterdam.

María, Andrea, Sheyla y Awais, el personal de la recepción del hotel formaban un gran equipo. Eran muy cercanos, atentos y amables y hacían la estancia más agradable. Eran unas bellísimas personas. En especial, María y Andrea, con las que más coincidimos, eran muy cariñosas y nos dieron muy buenos consejos para disfrutar de Ámsterdam. La habitación estaba correctamente equipada y la cama era muy cómoda. Se respiraba mucha tranquilidad en todo el hotel y la cafetería también tenía todo lo necesario para desayunar perfectamente en un ambiente sumamente relajado. La situación era muy buena porque se encontraba anexo a un centro comercial en el que podías comprar comida y bebida de todo tipo de marcas para cubrir alguna comida o cena que se quisiera a un precio muy asequible. Todo perfecto.

Pleasant and friendly hotel, spacious room, good food, clean, coffee machine with capsules in the room, Refrigerator and fully equipped kitchen, located inside a shopping mall and next to a supermarket which is very helpful.

Heerlijk ruime kamer incl keuken met vaatwasser en dan ook nog eens midden in een winkelcentrum. Al met al een top locatie. Ook de heren bij de receptie zijn erg vriendelijk.

Alleen de douche kop in het plafond mocht wel even worden ontkalkt

When I checked-in I was not asked anything about the payment although I wanted to pay on site. They automatically charged to the credit card registered, which causes big trouble for me. I contacted to them to change the payment method after checkout, however they ignored my request despite of a few times reminder. I will not never use this hotel and decided to remove form the recommended hotel for business trip in our group company. Otherwise we must have additional troublesome tasks.

We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay at the hotel. We really appreciated the little kitchen, which was perfect and had all the necessary appliances and equipment to make our own meals when we preferred to. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is attached to Gelderlandplein, which has everything you could possibly need or want. The surrounding areas were so peaceful and beautiful, and we really enjoyed our walks in nature. The hotel is in proximity to Amstelpark, which is a wonderful place to roam around and explore. It was also not too far (~15 min walk) to catch the tram or metro when we wanted to visit central Amsterdam.

The breakfast was a bit repetitive, but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
