The property is amazing. It’s in a quiet area,surrounded by nature. A great place to rest your mind. Quynh, who deals with guest, is an amazing person. She is very open to help you with anything. The breakfast is great. I can only recommend this place.

Happy to come back to the place after four years break. Like on my previous visit, the resort is really awesome: calm, serene, buried in verdure and blossoming bushes. Located in quite secluded and quite place, however is close to Long Beach as well as the main road with plenty of cafes and bars. The staff here is extremely caring and hospitable! I’ve never felt so welcome as here in any hotel or resort. The villa was clean, spacious enough, with beautiful outside bathroom.

Location was away from the busy road next to the beach. It was a little oasis, although 1.5km to walk to shops/restaurants well worth it. Lovely breakfast, freshly made to order with lovely fruit platter. Quin the manager was amazing. She was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us

the stay at valley village was extraordinary. Located not far from the main road, but between lush green jungle, it is the perfect mix of a calm and central location. The staff was very pleasant and cooperative. They organised a scooter for us so that we could hop on and discover the island right after we arrived. They also helped us with every issue and question we had. We highly recommend to stay at Valley Village because it’s a amazing experience to stay there.

Big rooms, natural setting in the jungle, sounds of frogs at night, yoga classes and cooked to order breakfast. Quin was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us - thank you!

The whole place has a cosy, peaceful feel. We loved the personal daybeds on each terrace and the morning yoga classes were a definite highlight. The staff are always willing to help. The free shuttle to town is very convenient as the hotel is far off the beaten track.

The pool is barely used, which is a big shame. This is because it’s shaded by trees and therefore is freezing cold. There’s also sand everywhere for no reason which gets into your room/bed (as sand often does). The bar was also never open so it wasn’t a good place to relax for the whole day. I wish there was a water cooler to fill up bottles etc. as there are few shops around. Overall, the hotel is a good base but not somewhere to stay if you prefer to spend a lot of time relaxing at the resort/by the pool.

The staff was incredibly lovely and attentive. we loved both receptionist, the lady in the morning taking care of breakfast serving and the lady in the afternoon being super helpful with laundry and gave us cutlery to cut our own fruits. The breakfast was amazing, too. A la carte we ordered Omelettes, pancakes and fruit platters. Perfectly adapted for us being vegetarians. The location is very quiet and you are still at the main road within 15 mins walking or 5 min motorbike. the nearest beach is only 30 min walking distance

The rooms are very cute. However, there was little daylight even though having two big windows. moreover, the water in the shower was either too hot or too cold and even with spending several minutes trying to get the temperature right, we were not finding the water sweet spot.

Friendly and very helpful staff, clean, quiet, we loved doing yoga each morning. Breakfast was excellent. Easy to rent a scooter and explore the island area. The tour guide for snorkelling that Quin recommended to us was fabulous- small tour group and excellent coral! We had a great day and would highly to stay!

Everything but especially the staff. In particular, Quynh was an absolute lady. She went out of her way for us every time we met her. The receptionist was lovely too. I didn’t get her name unfortunately! The shuttle service they have was great and the availability to use their bikes! I would recommend Valley Village to anyone looking at Phu Quoc!

Our 5-day stay was very pleasant and relaxing, the facilities are beautiful and the staff is exceptional, Quynh and the team are super nice, helpful and accommodating.

Staff organised a surprised birthday treat for my partner, which was amazing! cannot recommend this place enough, a must visit stay! PS ensure you have some bikes to allow you to explore outside of the accommodation.

Really spacious and clean room in a beautiful location. Ms. Quynh and Ms. Hoe were absolutely amazing: friendly, welcoming and always willing to give tips about the island (with a smile :) We stayed 5 nights and rented a scooter which allowed for us to explore the wonderful island. There are different options for breakfast which is quite filling and tasty. A hidden gem in Phu Quoc. Highly recommend it!

The host Quynh was amazing! She was very helpful and went out of her way to make our stay amazing. The property is beautiful and very easily accessible to the center with the motorbike

The resort consists of several bungalows in the forest a bit away from the main tourist resorts at the beach. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the nature around us. Furthermore it was great to have a pool to refresh. Rooms are cleaned every day and the quality of the room is perfect. The private bathroom with a rain shower is special as well, as it is outside of the bungalow. The owner is very kind and helpful and even let me try to ride her motorbike before borrowing one for a fair price of 150k VND per day.

Sometimes you hear the frogs and dog barks, but these are "natural" sounds, so it is neglectable.

Owner was very friendly and helpful with everything. Quynh organized for us taxi from and to the airport, motorbike rental and even a anti-mosquito cream (we traveled in rainy season). The place is green and full of trees.

At night is a little bit noisy because of all of the animals around ( frogs, lizards...), but it is not a big issue.

We loved our stay so much here that we extended a night and would have extended further had not the flights gotten expensive. The place is very well located - right at the edge of forests, so it feels like you are right in nature's lap. The pool is amazing, cute and well maintained - we spent quite a lot of time there. You do need a scooter to commute around, but then that is true for all of phu quoc. With scooter - the resort is 3-4 min drive from the nearest beach. Good restaurants around including Nora's. Value for money was absolutely amazing and so was the service of Zoro who allowed us to checkin earlier. We always felt like staying at home. The cleanliness was also commendable. All in all, we have stayed at quite a lot of expensive resorts in Phu Quoc (Fusion, JW Marriott, Salinda and more..) but this cute little resort is the one we will keep coming back to- thanks to the service.

This is the best place that we've booked so far here in Vietnam. We have tried 5-star hotels before, 3-stars, hostels and homestays. But for us this is the most comfortable stay that we had. If you're the kind of person who wants to be away from the noise but still wants to be in the centre of the city, this is a great place for you. The place is located in the forest like less than 5 mins drive from the main street. Each cabin/bungalow is clean. We love the bed. It's very comfortable. We really slept well. We love the outdoor private bathroom. The customer service was superb! Quynh was so great in taking care of us. Also, her staff were great. I cannot say anything bad about the place. The only negative thing that lot of the comments here that you can read so far was the mosquitoes. For me, mosquitoes are inevitable in a tropical country especially in a forest. It's already rainy season, so it's something that we have expected. Anyway, Quynh provided us mosquito spray, lotion and coils. If you have a sensitive skin, you should buy your own mosquito spray with your trusted brand or don't go outside wearing shorts. For the breakfast, they have a very laid-back time. You can have breakfast earlier or later. We also had late check out without any additional charges. Wifi is decent. It's ideal for people who have remote jobs. How I wish our jobs are remote. This is one of the places that we are surely going to book if we will visit Phu Quoc again. Highly recommended!
