The house is so great that not only can you have a vacation there but also comfortably live there.
It has everything necessary and more.
From blow dryer to iron, dish washing machine, clothes washing machine, microwave and all the other kitchen utensils.
The house is cleaned every two days along with the garden and the balcony.
The village, the houses' location, the view from the balcony, everything is absolutely fantastic.
If there was a way to give the accommodation a 20/10 rating I most certainly would.
This is the best accommodation we have had so far.

We liked EVERYTHING! From the simple check-in experience all the way to the fact that the house was cleaned every other day (5 times during our 10-day stay), together with towels being replaced, coffee pads filled up etc. The house itself is wonderful, it's got everything you may ever need, plus it's spacious and has 3 AC units (which you'll need in South of Peloponnesos). We especially liked the upper semi-covered balcony with the sun-beds. If you're considering visiting the Mani Region - don't look further, it's everything you might've wished for.

The location, peace and quiet, the views and the quality of facilities was wonderful.
On a previous visit there had been comfy sun loungers on the terrace as well as seating. We missed them.

The house was so comfortable and everything was well made and well fitted. The sofa beds were very comfortable for the kids. The cleaning every second day was really nice. The view from the balcony is excellent!
The dishwasher was too small for most of the plates and we couldn't get it to work. There might as well just be no dishwasher.

One of 3 really smart little houses in a gated area with beautiful flowering plants. Big table with comfy dining chairs and a sofa and armchairs too. Beds very comfortable and the shower rooms upstairs and down were excellent.
The two outside terraces were really lovely - especially the roof terrace with views all round of the sea and the mountains. Really beautiful at night too with distant lights twinkling. Really appreciated the thought that had been put into the design of this property. Loved it !
No sound insulation so you could hear (ahem) bathroom sounds. We were a family so we didn't worry but may have been a bit awkward if sharing with friends.

Villas were amazing and lived up to our expectations. Cleaned regularly and fresh linen. Proper home from home. Upper terrace was wonderful, with brilliant views. Impressed with the air conditioning which was much needed and very quiet. Would definitely stay again 🙂
Would have been good to have wi fi and contact details on laminated card and some basic instructions for the washing machine as the symbols for washes were in Greek. We managed ok though!

Great location. The villa was modern, clean and comfortable. Great for two couples with an upstairs double ensuite and a downstairs double with bathroom next to it. Loved the roof terrace.
A very mini dishwasher that was too small for 4 people. Kitchen equipment was a little limited but not bad.

We all enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent- quiet but easy walking distance to the village centre. The house is tastefully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts and staff were very helpful and responsive. Good quality beds and linens and excellent showers.

Newly built and closeby to some charming beachfront towns. A perfect place to explore the beautiful Mani region.
The kitchen was missing some basic gear, but nothing to bother as there are plenty of restaurant at your disposal.

Very well equipped, comfortable and clean properties. Excellent location - just a couple of minutes walk to the sea with views of it from the upper floor balcony, and a few minutes to the tavernas in Agios Nikolaos. Quiet, peaceful and totally relaxing. Great to have the place cleaned and bedding replaced every 3 days, and really weren’t expecting breakfast supplies to be provided- a nice surprise!

Very well equipped, clean and modern house with beautiful view to the sea and the mountains. You can find everything you need during holiday in the house, excellent value for money, near to shops and restaurant.

The house was exactly as described and on the pictures… magnificent. Great location, walking distance to the village with good restaurants. Very nice relxing terrace at the house and my fmily enjoyed it a lot. Close to some nice beaches and areas to visit.

Location is excellent, the sun terrace and outdoor furniture are comfy, too. Two bathrooms for two bedrooms works well for families and couples. Quiet location, accessible to harbour in a few mins yet peaceful and quiet. Parking outside as well which is a bonus.

Beautiful house set in the olive groves 100m from the coast and only a 5 min walk into the village. Great views of the mountains behind as well. The house was spacious with two terraces and all the facilities you would need.
