Drinks and food were on expensive side but paying for the setting. Also the food was top class so once we had tried it we were happy to spend the extra.

The hotel is very well located if you want to be near downtown. It has a very young vibe, plus the roftop was a good extra for our stay. I have to say the girl that works in the bar upstairs (from Argentina) was very very nice! Hotel meet our expectations but think is a bit overprice. Also, breakfast was AMAZING.

Defo I will need to mention few things which are not acceptable for a 5 star hotel - In my opinion. Starting with, they wanted to charge us for ice cubes like 5 euros just for ice to put on our drink, we ended up going to the shop next to the hotel and buying a big bag of ice for 3 euros. Typical of Ibiza 5 stars hotels where they think that having money to stay in these type of properties means 'nothing is for free'. Also, they didin't have room service for 2 days which was very disappointing cos when we called reception they said they did have room service, then we called to order and they said they didn't, then the guy from the bar upstairs said they didn't offer food after 10pm (I think) but we could order room service, so we went back to the room to order food and reception again told us they did not and that there was a bit of misscommuication with the staff. Saying this, we ended up without dinner for 1 day. Not mentioning that there's nothing open around the area after 10pm (so weird!). One of he guys in reception (don't remember his name but I did ask for it cos I couldn't understand how he was replying to me that bad when he's suppose to be there to help guests) was so rude to us when asking for help regarding food/room service giving us a face of 'it's not my fault you cannot eat, the oven is broken and try to find a restaurant open', this was on a night shift. Lastly, for the money we paid, although it was high season I would defo not go back here. Too expensive for the suite we booked and the room was nothing groundbreaking.
