Great location, simple clean room, easy entry. Great for a short simple stay and great value for money.

No parking despite saying there was. Combination locks on doors do not feel very secure. Bed was old and very noisy.

La stanza è piccola ma c'è tutto l'essenziale che serve per chi vuole solo visitare Londra stando in giro tutto il giorno. Il self check-in è ottimo, ti permette di essere molto flessibile con gli orari.

La doccia era sporca. Dato che comunque era tutto pulito, probabilmente è stato un caso.

The location was inconvenient. No restaurants near by.

The room was clean. Really fantastic area as well (river view).

Noisy neighbors. Could hear every single movement from the next room as the wall isn't soundproof! And they were laughing loudly at 5.30 AM which ruined our sleep. Also, the pillows were too uncomfortable. They were too big, like my neck was bent till my chest..

My room is clean and tidy.

My room doesn't have private bathroom. We need to share a bathroom with others.

The views were the best thing in the house

The bathroom was clogged and overflowing every time we took a shower. The rooms weren't properly isolated and you could hear the cracking from other rooms

Small but cozy and clean room with beautiful view (2nd floor). It fully met our requirements, the shared bathroom was always clean and nice. I appreciate self check-in, it allows to arrive in the late night.

The walls were really thin, but we were lucky to have quiet neighbors.

The location is the main plus for this property, the area felt very safe, in a residential complex and with exceptional view of thames and Canary Warf in 2 minutes walking. Tesco express and a nice italian breakfast/cofee shop in 4-5minutes walking. A boat station is in 5 mins walking, and we used it 2 times, day and night :) A metro station is in 15 minutes walking. The room we had was nice it had a confortable bed and a sofa. The neighbours were quiet and we sleept quite well. Overall very, very good value for money.

The pillows are very big and hard. Please consider changing them before we return :)

everything was well fitted in such a small room, appropriate for us as we only spent the night. comfortable & extra tea coffee was provided on request. communication was very prompt, easy lock in & out. location was super. definitely recommend

A good size room, with a little julliette balcony. There was a desk and it was easy access to the house with key codes. The location was great, a short walk to the clipper and the bus. The fridge was handy and the hall ways are clean, it felt safe. The WiFi worked well. The bed was comfy and clean, it was OK for me as a quick trip.

There was a constant knocking from the water pipes, I asked about this and told them about the leaking sink but got no answer. It could do with a proper clean, there was chewing gum on the bed side unit and dust up the walls. It needs a bit of tlc with wobbly floors, marks on walls and wobbly furniture. And most of the channels didn't pick up on the TV.
