Cleanliness is quite less fair but fine with that. The road is a bit rough to ride into the village. Motorbike is good for that and bicycle is not recommended for me.

Manel is so helpful, gives good information. I didnt take the tour guide with him because went wirh mondulkiri projects, but maybe it would be a good idea because its guide has good english, both are good options

Very nice outside of the city and great for peace and wildlife. I was greeted by the mother dog having giving birth to 8 puppies it was beautiful. at night you can see the stars

everything! stayed for 3 weeks in this beautiful foliage setting well maintained by a peaceful and helpful family. it’s a place not for the party but for the HEART. 💖🪷

not that it bothers me just to bare in mind it’s a shared bathroom and you would need a motorcycle if you want to go eat at a restaurant

I love this place so much. Both times we have stayed here we have extended the stay because we like it so much. The family is so so lovely! They even came to check on me when I was sick, which was so nice. The place itself is so beautiful, an old wooden traditional Khmer house and the most beautiful, green garden with lots of interesting plants. It is so peaceful and tranquil you will feel so relaxed. And the dogs here are so sweet and cute :) Beautiful plants everywhere and the cutest puppy dogs to play with.

I was in the downstairs room and the noise in the room above was VERY loud! Footsteps banged and rattled all night even when guests were trying to be quiet.

Good location and nice staff

This is great value for money, and I think it’s work very well for people who stay in hostels usually. I myself found it too basic to be comfortable and too far away from town, so I left.

The booking description mentions a restaurant. but there is no food.

Nice view and quite best home to recommend for people want to rest from the city and sounds.

1) 2 cute puppies warmed my soul everytime I looked and played with them 2) The cherubic lady who replied thank you whenever I said thank you was something so innocuously beautiful and heart warming. She is presumably Sombath's mother. Sombath being the son, who gets in touch with you for your daily needs, and is able to converse in English 3) There are frogs, a monkey, lizards and various other insects which make fascinating sounds. Be prepared for the sounds. It is fantastic. It's a farm after all 4) The jam served for breakfast was delicious. The eggs taste like you are having chicken. They are very tasty. 5) A light breeze keeps blowing midday and early morning as well, a wonderful respite from the stifling heat. Thank you Sombath and family. You were wonderful hosts.
